Hi guys,

orange has always been a favorite color of mine. Whether it is for Summer or for Fall. The bold hue just works so great with a lot of other colors and also happens to fit for every season.
This geometrical print dress turned out to be one of my Summer favorites althought it didn´t look like that as I got it.
I was not quite sure about the pattern and also how the neckline worked and the first time I tried it on I didn´t like it at all. But as it was sitting there on my chair I had to give it another try as I loved the color so much. The neckline is a little tricky but I have a dress with a similar situation so I figured that out again after a while.
Another thing I like is that it isn´t seethrough at all. White dresses are pretty dangerous with this factor if they don´t have any underlining.
I added a waist belt to give the look a little more focus with the crazy pattern and also a more fitted flare. Matching tassel earrings, a laser cut hand bag and my favorite pair of slides completed the look and I was satisfied how it turned out.
Do you have pieces in your closet you have to give a second chance cause the first time you just don´t know what do to with it??

As always thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

Poolside looks – swim suit round-up….

pompom cover-up SheIn / black scalloped bathing suit H&M / polka dot bikini South Beach via Asos / slides H&M

….

Hello friends,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung-Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)
since it is ongoing hot and summer might still stay a while I am sharing my swimsuit favorites for this season with you. Already worn them and approved ´em too.  By the way I was really afraid walking down to the edge of this small wall but I wanted a cool picture in front of the cliffs so badly so there was no other option. Nothing would have happened if I fell except that all my clothes and hair would´ve been wet.

We do have our honeymoon in September and are going to Spain so I am still going to need some of my swim suits and cover-ups.

The pompom cover-up is from SheIn. I wanted one for our vacation since I have seen it last year on another blogger (can´t remember who it was). It is only 16 Euro and so fun with all the colorful pompoms and the tassels.

A real favorite was the black swimsuit I got from H&M. It is only 30 Euro and still available and I love love love the scalloped neckline. So dreamy and feminine (view the original post here).

My third highlight is the polka dot bikini I got from Asos. It is from a brand called South Beach. I love the playful ruffle detailing on the pants and the top. Also the color combination is one of my favorite.

The bikini I am wearing under the pompom cover up is also from SheIn. It is white with a flower print but it isn´t available in the white version anymore. Only the pink one is left (buy it here) but I wouldn´t mind wearing this one either.

These are some great and affordable options if you are going on a late summer vacation and won´t get as much use out of it than buying and wearing it from the begin of the season.

As always. Thanks a lot for stopping by.

Polka dot maxi dress….

….

Hi friends,
(post contains affiliate links /Werbung-Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-sponsored)
since the temperatures are finally cooling down – slowly but steady – I am in total fall mood. Writing down my fall bucket list, planning fun fall trips and activites and also laying out outfits which can be incorporated in the inbetween weather.

But before seasons change completely I had to share this gorgeous polka dot maxi dress with you guys. I have worn it on the weekend and got so many compliments on it. I really am a sucker for maxi lengths whether it is skirts or dresses I just can´t get enough of it.

The medium sized polka dots on the dress are super fun. In fact polka dots and stripes are my number one patterns in my closet. I always thought it would be flowers but they are only number three followed by leopard print.

I got this super adorbale maxi dress from Rosegal. They have the greatest variety on maxi dresses I have seen in a while for really affordable prices. The polka dot long surplice dress I got could be easily transitioned into fall. Just add a leahter jacket, a pair of heels and a felt hat and you are good to go.

Be sure to always take your meassurements before ordering from their site since sizing can be so different. According to my numbers I got a size L and it fit just fine but I could have sized up one size without having any trouble.

I kept it pretty simple on accessorizing since the dress is so nice by itself so I just added a cream colored hand bag and a pair of nude sandals. Totally works if you ask me.
Do you have any plans for tomorrows holiday? (probably only here in Germany). We want to try SUP for the first time. This is going to be hillarious.
Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.
Disclosure: A great thanks to Rosegal for sponsoring today´s post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Turquoise summer dress…

slides H&M / straw hat H&M / dress from Italian market similar here, here and here / belt H&M sold out similar here, here and here / laser cut hand bag Hallhuber old similar here, here and here
….

Hi guys,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung-Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)
we are still in the middle of Summer and heat but somehow it feels like fall is coming closer. The mornings and eveningw are chillier and it is getting dark earlier. There is fog everywhere when I walk Chloe. Kind of mysterious but also a little frightening (started watching Pretty Little Liars again on Monday – maybe not the best idea).

I got this dress in Italy at the local market and I love it. The color is gorgeous. Giving me all the beach vibes with its turquoise green hue.

I paired it with all white since a darker brown or black would be too harsch, maybe tan would work fine.

I really like these kinds of outfits. It looks so put together but just took about 5 minutes to figure out what to wear. That is the effortlessy of summer. Put on a dress and slides and you are ready to go. Although I am really craving fall, especially after the three week heat wave we had. It had almost been 40° degrees every day. That is too much.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.
