I can´t believe it but the weather actually got better on the weekend. It was okay on Saturday and really nice yesterday but it is pouring rain today so maybe this is the balance for the better days I just  don´t know.

We had a great weekend. Bought a wedding suit for Florian on Friday and had awesome Chinese food, on Saturday we did some DIY stuff for the wedding decoration and had sushi afterwards and yesterday we had some Indian food for dinner which means lots of rice this weekend. 


For my look I paired a pussy bow blouse (my favorite style – never met a bow I didn´t like) with an overlong cardigan in the same color family. I added my currently favorite belt (from H&M) and a pair of loafers. I really love that they have a fine thin golden line as an accent on the side. 


In my opinion a leopard print works year round and I would have choosen a white pant for the blouse if it was a warmer month.

The bag is a real bargain from Mango. They have a special offer these days – also available in black – for about 25 Euro. The style is super popular and the color works with everything. Great nude shade for Summer too.

sorry for not posting yesterday but we where out and about to find a suit for Florian for our wedding and we scored. So handsome my fiancé. 


After I finished Riverdale and rewatched Modern Family the third time and getting through Queer Eye in two days we started the new make over of the Denver Clan – Dynasty. So far I like it a lot but sometimes there is just too much drama which annoys we a little. Better keep watching…

Although there is a pretty great sale going on at the H&M stores. Scored a beautiful dress for only 15 Euro and what do you think about this trendy sweater.

I also placed an order at Asos with a pair of gorgeous white sunnies and a bright yellow could-shoulder top.
I can´t wait to get warmer so I can wear all the cute and colorful stuff. I might get a chance this weekend cause we could get about 20 degrees tomorrow.

Best of sunglasses – trends for Spring and Summer 2018….

since it is still cold and we are missing the warm weather over here, there is no lack of sunshine. The sun is out all day every day which is letting me think about the latest trends for sunglasses. 

Sunglasses
are huge for Spring and Summer and I have never seen so many different
styles. I have listed some of the most trendy and some of the most fancy
I could find all over the internet.

There are classics like the Aviator style – they always remind me of Tom Cruise in Top Gun – and I also think that the mirrored ones look awesome especially the rose gold ones. Gives me all the Matrix vibes. 

Also I think the clear frames are ultracool, not only that they match everything but the clear acrylic trend – also love it on shoes – is going strong. Have a look here.

Personally I still love the cat-eye trend (I own the most sunglasses in this style) cause it adds such a côte d´azur flaire to a summer look – if Audrey Hepburn aproved it you can´t go wrong. Also I am really happy that white frames are here for another year. They are perfect for summer and change your summer outfit into a fifties look right away.


Although I am in love with a classic shape like the Aviator from Ray Ban I am also eyeing with a pair of round – like Jimmy Hendrix – sunglasses but I am not quite sure if they match my face shape and overall if I like them on me?

there hasn´t been a material or pattern I haven´t seen on more home decor posts or inspiration bords than marble. 

Whether its coffee tables, mugs, pouches, phone or laptop cases, kitchen counters and so on….

I do love it too. I love using it as a background for flatlays and I recently got three different marble inspired phone covers. I am also looking for a marble console table at the moment (any guesses??).


It is something about the pattern and the color pairings which makes the material so noble and immidiately upgrades anything you pair it with or put it onto.

Whether if you are investing in a real marble piece or just getting some kind of dupe with just a print on it you are for sure having a trendy piece at your home. And I am really sure this trend doesn´t go anywhere but up the next months and probably years.
