sometimes we have to get out of our comfort zones to experience new things – even if it is “just” for fashion – and this is me wearing sneakers and a bagpack!! You might think and I did that too, this only could be a strange version of me, but in fact I just needed an outfit which was practical but still a little chic for this day.

 We attended a BBQ which took place in the middle of a meadow so goodbye high heels. 
I also had Chloe with me and it is more practical having two free hands with her.

In my opinion this outfit didn´t turn out to bad. I like that it is pretty casual but it still has a chic twist with the blouse and the golden bagpack (if I have to wear a bagpack it has to be a fancy and fashionable one 😉 ).

I really had a hard time finding similar blouses but I linked some pretty blouses for you.


We are having a holiday tomorrow so I am really looking forward to sleeping in and having pancakes for breakfast.

I need to overdress a little and channel my inner goddess. Mostly when I had been wearing a lot of
casual outfits or when I stayed at home beeing sick. This is just
something I have to do from time to time – I don´t know if that is
understandable- so before I throw on a pair of sequins or a sparkly
dress (wouldn´t be that appropriate for everyday looks) I rather go with
jewelry. I got this awesome pearl necklace with about 6 rows of pearls
and some other made of silver chains. 

It seems to be a bit overwhelming
in the first place but it really looks great (although it is pretty
heavy). To make it pop you can wear it on a plain shirt for example or
to wear it a little more reserved you can wear a black and white
background. No matter what option you choose this is definitely a
highlight.

I am so glad the week is over. Although we only had 4 work days I just want to be outside in the sun. Summer is over so quick every year so I want to spend most of the time outside and I really want to go to Italy right now #cravingsummer

I got this skirt from H&M – wow another H&M purchase I know but that is just my favorite store – out of their sale section and it is beautiful. It is all I prefer these days. It is pleated, a midi skir and has a flower print. Strike. 

I have worn it with a ivory colored sleeveless knitted pullover but you could easily wear it with a blouse or a more fancier shirt for the “diva” look. A pair of big cateye sunnies like mine and you are good to go for a date night with your hubby.

The bag is from Armani Jeans and I got this one for my birthday as you may remember (linked some similar below).

how gorgeous is the color and the print on this dress. I love the purple color and the paisley pattern. I am always happy about a great pattern. There are ruffles on the hem and the sleeves which make the whole dress so playful.
  I paired it with a black leather jacket to create a little more of a laid back and cool look. I also like that the dress is a little longer so it is no problem wearing really high heels with it.

This would also be a nice date night look with a smaller bag or a clutch.

So happy it is already Wednesday today. Only two more days to go and it is weekend. Do you have any plans yet?
