by now you might know that I can´t walk away from a pretty dress and thanks to my closet I didn´t need a lot of new things for this pregnancy.
Dresses are my go-to option if I don´t know what to wear and a plain colored dress works even better. You can nearly pair any pattern and color with a beige colored dress like this.
I opted for a plaid maxi scarf I have worn as a cape in this particular look. Plaid is my go-to pattern for winter. It somehow fits best in this season. Not only for Christmas but during the whole winter time. Also adding a red lip can never fail you especially if there is a pretty shade of red in the clothes you are wearing.
Are you opting for a dress too on days you don´t know what could look good or are you a jeans and t-shirt gal?
we are almost in the last week of February which means one of my favorite holidays is approaching quickly – of course I am talking about Valentine´s day.
I love to wear all kind of pinks, blush and reds for Valentine´s Day so I decided to create a lookbook for you guys including a bunch of looks you can wear to a dinner date, to work or for a Galentine´s feast.
All of the pieces (besides the jeans) are non-maternity, I just sized up to make the pieces fit the bump.
Do you have any great plans for Valentine´s Day? We are probably going to stay in. Depends on how big the bump will be in a few weeks.
I just got back home from my Line Dance lesson and am so glad to sit on the sofa now. I had a lot to do around the house today and to say it took a toll on my back would be an understatement. Pregnancy back pain really is no joke.
Anyone around who still loves stripes? I totally love stripes, they are probably in my top three of patterns I prefer over others, besides flowers and leopard. The cardigan I am wearing above has the perfect color combination of stripes. The brand is called Pretty Little Thing and they come out in another color combo of this piece every year. And I am waiting every year to snag it as I love the oversized fit of the sleeves, the length, the coziness and overall the quality. I already have it in two other colors (orange, pink, gray and white and lavender, neon yellow, white and ocker) and added this third one to my collection. In my experience they tend to sell out fast, that´s why I missed last years cardigan in shades of blue but it is all right, I am sure they come out with a new one very soon.
I paired it with my favorite turtleneck I own from H&M I also have in a bunch of different colors and patterns. Yes, I always get multiples of pieces I love and I can really say that the turtlenecks are super versatile and affordable for your fall and winter wardrobe.
Topped it off with some cute accessories like this matching hairband and a pair of pearl hoops.
This was such an easy look to style with all the great pieces I incorporated. Totally love it when my styling days turn out so easy. Do you have any pieces you get each and every color cause you love wearing them so much and get the most out of them?
As always thank for stopping by. Take care. See you.
the weekend is finally here and we don´t have any plans to leave the house for the first time in weeks and that is so nice. I felt super bad today. Somehow my nausea after having some food came back today and the only thing that helps me there is to sleep it off. After two hours of sleeping I felt better but was super tired and decided to stay on the sofa.
For this look I paired two big trends to incorporate into one outfit. Snake print and faux fur. Snake print has risen above all other prints the last year and is present wherever you shop and faux fur is the perfect alternative to add some warmth and fanciness to your look.
Black and beige also always looks chic. You can hardly make anything wrong mixing these two. It was a super cute and comfortable look. All the pieces are not maternity and still fit my ever growing bump.
