Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affilate Links)

I am sharing another super cute Spring look on my blog today. I have worn this last week – twice to be honest cause everything was so comfortable.

Earlier I really wasn´t a fan of light blue denim cause I always thought a darker wash would be much more flattering but by trying on different washings I found out this isn´t true at all. All you need is a good fit.

I got this light blue pair of denim from H&M. I really love H&M and you can tell by how many looks I am combining H&M fashion pieces but I can´t help it. It is just my brand.

The cute jacket also is H&M. It has an a-line shape and super cute bows on the pockets on each side. I added this color cause it matches perfectly with the white and pops of red.
The top I am wearing is a flamenco stlye blouse from bonprix which I am really loving. I am all about statement sleeves these days as long as it doesn´t get to hot for wearing them.

The basket bag is from this years bag collection from Zara and I have never owned a shape like this. It is totally adorable and so so cute. I am really glad it was still online available by the time I saw it cause going to the store itself is pure chaos and you never get anything you want cause you just can´t find it.

For some pop of color I added a pair of red espandrilles. In my opinion espandrilles pair perfectly with a basket bag and create such a summer flair.

Do you have a summer combo you love?

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

Wardrobe staple – the white shirt….

white shirt Asos similar here and here / pants H&M similar here and here / sunnies old similar here / bag ChiChiFan / wedges Parfois similar here

….

Hi guys,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)
and what about talking basics today. There are so many fashon pieces which are called staples and I agree with the most of them and by far my most important staple piece is a white shirt. I had to notice this the hard way.

Throughout the years I really enjoyed wearing white (I did not wear a lot of white when I was younger cause it was all about colors for me) and so I love to pair mostly white shirts or tops with my summer skirt/pants. The problem is/or was I just hadn´t got a lot of them. When I would sum up the ones that where really wearable I might have two – the other ones where too short, too small or just not really white anymore.

So what now ? Answer: I browsed the internet and found an incredible variety on white shirts/t-shirts/tanks/tops. This took hours although I had a look at the big retailer´s sites where all the brands are available.

All I want to say with this post is that for building a versatile and fashionable wardrobe you might have to get the basics first and build up around them. And who wouldn´t need a white shirt throughout the year ?!
What are your thoughts on basics? I would love to hear.

Why you need this 70´s inspired wrap dress…..

dress Mango / wedges Parfois similar here / handbag Guess similar here / lips NYX Sierra
….

Hi guys,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)
I am sharing this beauty on my blog today cause sometimes I find pieces I love and which are so flattering that I can´t stop wearing them and this definitely one of those.

One of the most flattering dress styles (or shirt styles) is the wrap dress and ever since Diane von Furstenberg invented it, it has been the fashion crowd´s and ordinary women´s  favorite. The style is great for every body type which makes it a total hit. The possible use is endless. Whether you are wearing it on a date night, to work or just casual for running errands. This really is a piece every women´s closet needs.
I got mine from Mango about two weeks ago and worn it a few times already. It has such a nice 70´s inpired triangle print in gorgeous colors like blush and this beautiful cognac brown color.

I paired it with my current favorite bag from Guess which matches the blush shade just perfect and also a pair of tan wedges which also are a great add to it.

But you could also go with blush heels, a black blazer jacket and a clutch or even with embellished sandals and a straw bag.

I said it before and I say it now. It is quite the allrounder for every task.

Hope you are having a great Monday so far. I totally forgot to post on Saturday. Oops. But I was shooting so many looks and getting my wedding jewelry that there wasn´t much time left.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

Wedding Wednesday – our engagement photos…

….

Hi guys and happy Wedding Wednesday,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)
we finally shot our engagement photos two weeks ago and I love how they turned out. Seriously so pretty. The day was perfect. We meet in the morning around nine a.m. with our photographer (the same we shot our Christmas card picutres with). It was already warm and sunny and overall such a nice start of the day.

I know we got engaged in December but I wanted to have my engagement photos with flowers and a springish background and since there was still snow until about 6 weeks ago we couldn´t get them any earlier.

But I am really happy how they turned out. We are such good looking people. Just kidding 😉

I wanted to have a classic wedding related look for my photos so I choose this ivory white etui dress I got from the H&M sale section some time ago. The shoes I am wearing are my actual wedding shoes (read more about my choice here). I paired them with the dress cause they matched perfectly and I also have to break them in by time.

Florian was wearing a black dinner jacket from H&M and a matching button down to my dress from Olymp. We swear by their button downs. They are hands down the best you could get. Affordable, great quality and such a range to choose from. The rest was kept quite simple. Nice black shoes and pair of of dark denim jeans. Such a handsome hubby to be.

Thanks for stopping by.Take care. See you.
