Yellow seems to be one of my main colors the last few days and I am not intentionally picking it out, I just wear what still fits and try to style it the way I like it. It has been definitely harder than it looks this time around. My belly is huge and when I say huge it means it does not fit into the fabric part of maternity jeans anymore because it is just too tight and uncomfortable so I am really happy that the temperatures allow me to wear dresses plus that it is over soon.
A bodycon dress has been my friend from day one of both pregnancies. It looks pretty, is easy to style, mostly flattering because of the ruching and you just can´t go wrong with it. It is easily styled up or down and can be worn 24/7. Mine is from amazon but there are tons of others out there you could order from Mango to Zara to H&M.
But let´s talk about this tote. The real hero of the post. My version is from last year but H&M has gotten about three or four new pattern for this year so I am sure you will find one you like. It is a very inexpensive dupe for a very expensive other brand. It makes for a great shopping bag and the black and white print especially matches with lots of other pieces. Since it is all out of fabric it´s very durable and I am sure you can wash it and hang it dry if a coffee accidents happens. Definitely one of my best purchases from last year for under 35 Euro.
Styled my beloved white Chucks with this dress. I want to wear all of my Summer shoes but I am just so tired most of the time that flats are my number one option these last few days. Also if the shoe fits…. 😉
Gingham has always been a favorite Summer pattern of mine and I can not believe it has gotten less popular over the years but for me it is still in my top 3.
So for looks dresses is the way to go over here being 38 weeks pregnant. This is the only inspo I can give you these days but there are lots of different dresses out there so I think we are good to go.
The silhouette of this dress is amazing and works great for all body types. It is a midi dress with thick straps on the top and it ends in an a-line shape with a midi lenght and a ruffle hem.
Black and yellow is one of my favorite color combos but my husband always says I look like a bee but I don´t care. Since it is a Summer dress my accessories definitely show that. Yellow espadrilles and a raffia bamboo handle handbags.
Last year woven sandals have been all over the place and this year it seems like everything that is out there in the shops are square toe shoes. It took me a while to get used to the shape and I also haven´t worn that many heels since pregnant cause I like to wear sneakers in the Spring and jump to sandals in the Summer.
These pink ones are definitely cuties and I can´t wait to wear them more frequently once this baby is out of me. It has gotten pretty hard to find shoes that fit my feet although they aren´t too swollen yet.
Wearing pink has become a pretty easy task of mine cause it probably is one of my most worn color this year. Never would have thought of this but it has become such a favorite of mine. Maybe because we are going to have two girls soon. I don´t know. Anyways I have worn this creme white midi dress with a very thin tweed jacket and included the pink bag and sandals into the look. The pink accents just tied everything together and I think it turned out great. Would also work with every other color if you just can´t stand pink or blush.
