the first sunrays and the first flowers blooming I started to make
things new. I redecorated my living room and my kitchen in pastells like
rose, yellow, mint, lavender. I am totally into this colors and also
flower and gingham patterns. Everything mixed with white is so springish and of course there are lots of fashion options as well.
Mit
den ersten Sonnenstrahlen und den ersten blühenden Blumen hab ich
angefangen so einiges neu zu machen. I habe das Wohnzimmer und die Küche
neu dekoriert in wunderschönen Pastelltönen wie Mintgrün, Gelb, Rosa
und Flieder. Immer am Anfang des Frühlings bin ich total begeistert von
all den Farben die die Natur erzeugen kann und das wirkt sich auch auf
meine Garderobe aus. Mir gefallen dann die ganzen Farben und blumigen
Muster zu gut. Hier sind ein paar meiner Frühlings Must-Haves. Welche
gefallen euch am besten ?

Hi guys,
I have talked a lot about lipsticks in the last time so I thought about showing another favorite piece of my make-up routine – Blushes.

There
are so many different brands for blushes and brushes out there I had
tried quite a lot until now. Not only that there are so many differences
in colors and consistency there is also a huge difference between price
points.

Today I am showing you some of the pieces I like a lot and would repurchase every time.
These are my alltime favorties I use every day. The brushes and the Rouge. Although there are bigger Price differences These products work for me. Pricier isn´t always better but I don´t want to say that here that all the pricey products are as good as the less expensive. This is all about trying out what you think and what you like. This is just my opinion which I am sharing with you.

4 Tips on how to get better and glowing skin…

Hi dolls,
today I am talking about my personal 4 tips for better skin. I never had super fine skin without any pores or without any breakouts whether now or back in my teenager years but I found some things which work for me and which I am constantly practicing or using.
In my opinion this is all about trial and error. You have to test different things until you find something that is working for yourself. There are millions of products and advices out there but everyone is different and so is everyone´s skin type.
So here are the four things I am constantly using/practicing for better skin that is glowing from the inside out (off course it is no shame to use blush and highlighters at all).
Heute habe ich 4 Tipps für euch für bessere Haut, die für mich persönlich gut funktionieren. Ich hatte nie super einheitliche Haut ohne Poren oder ohne Pickel. Egal ob jetzt oder zurück als Teenager, aber mittlerweile weiß ich mir selbst zu helfen. Meiner Meinung nach geht läuft das hier nur über Erfolg und Misserfolg. Ihr müsst unterschiedliche Sachen ausprobieren und schauen was für euch selbst am besten funktioniert. Es gibt hunderte von Produkten oder Artikeln mit Ratschlägen, aber jeder Hauttyp ist verschieden und nicht alle Produkte oder Ratschläge helfen jedem gleich gut oder überhaupt.
Hier habe ich heute 4 Dinge für euch die ich ständig nehme/praktiziere um bessere Haut zu bekommen und zu behalten und um diesem gesunden Glow hinzukiregen (natürlich ist es auch keine Schande mit etwas Rouge oder Highlighter nachzuhelfen).

#1 Biotin
You might have seen in an earlier post that I recommend to take a daily dose of biotin for your skin/hair/nails. I am still doing this (changed the brand cause I wanted a higher dose) with a mix of other vitamins and  additives.

Ich habe Biotin in einem früheren Post schon erwähnt, mittlerweile habe ich eine upgedatete Version mit einer höheren Dosis und zusätzlichen Inhaltsstoffen für Harre / Haut / Nägel.


#2 Cutting out dairy products
I have to admit this was one of the hardest thing for me to cut out milk. And it isn´t just milk, it is cheese and yoghurt and all kinds of foods. But now I am taking soy milk for my coffee and my cereals (wasn´t hard for me at all because I like the taste) and I only eat cheese when we at a restaurant. I must admit it works for me. After I read an article about this I thought “why not give it a try” at least I had nothing to loose and I figured after a few weeks it did get better indeed. So I am sticking to this.
 Milchprodukte weglassen
Das war bei Weitem das schwierigste – es geht ja nicht nur um Milch alleine, es betrifft Käse und Joghurt und alle möglichen Lebenmittel – normale Milch mit Sojamilch zu ersetzen. Aber mittlerweile habe ich mich daran gewöhnt. Ich nehme Sojamilch für meinen Kaffee und mein Müsli – Gott sei Dank mag ich den Geschmack – und ich muss sagen ich kann eine Besserung erkennen. Ich hab das zuerst in einem Artikel in einem Magazin gelesen und dachte “Was kann schon schief gehen?” und zu verlieren war ja nichts. Dabei werde ich auch solange wie möglich bleiben. 


#3 Lemon flavored water
For some extra Vitamin C I add some lemon juice (you can buy that concetrated at every grocery store) to my water. Not only that it upgrades the taste it helps your skin glow from the inside out.
Zitronensaft für mehr Vitamin C
Für etwas mehr Vitamin C gebe ich einen Schuss Zitronensaft in mein Wasser (ein Schuss reicht wirklich aus, weil das sonst ziemlich sauer ist). Zitronensaft kaufe ich bei uns als Kontentrat in der Drogerie gibts aber auch im Supermarkt. Es macht nicht nur ein erfrischendes Getränk aus Wasser es gibt einem auch einen schönen Glow und eine gesunde Gesichtfarbe von innen nach außen

#4 Change your make-up sponges and cushion cover regularly
This is probably one of the most important things because by using these products longer than max. 2 weeks they start to get bacteries and if you get those onto your skin they can cause massive breakouts. So it is easy pretty to prevent this. 
Make-Up Schwämme und Kissenbezüge austauschen
Das ist womöglich wirklich eines der wichtigsten Dinge die man leicht mal vergessen kann. Bakterien sammeln sich in den benutzten Make-up Schämmen oder Kissenbezügen, die auf die Haut geraten und Entzündungen hervorrufen. Also am besten jede Woche oder alle zwei Wochen mal austauschen. 

 And of course there would be a few other things like drinking enough water throughout the day, eating healthy, doing a clearing face mask twice a week and always remove your make-up before going to bed……
 Und natürlich gibt es da noch zusätzliche Dinge wie viel Wasser trinken in Laufe des Tages, gesund essen, klärende Gesichtsmasken mindestens zweimal die Woche anweden und immer abschminken vor dem zu Bett gehen……

You really gotta find out what works best for yourself. Maybe there are some other things you know so feel free to tell me.

Monthly favorites February….

Hi beauties,

it is already another months over and our first trip this year is coming closer everyday – I am so excited – but first things first there are some products I would like you to introduce which I really enjoyed using this month.
Es ist schon wieder ein ganzer Monat um und unser Urlaub kommt immer näher – ich freu mich ja schon so unglaublich. Aber jetzt kommen wir erstmal zu meinen Lieblingsprodukten aus dem Monat Februar.

Book – New York – Through a fashion eye
This may be the coolest book I have ever seen. Almost every page is illustrated so pretty and creative. I just bought it because I wanted some coffee table books I am interested for my bart cart project (upcoming soon) so I browsed through amazon and put some other books in my cart so the website suggested this one too and I took it cause I loved the cover and the golden pages and I was interested in the story too. I am reading this books they are not only for decoration but after reading they totally are cause who would let those pretty books rot in an old bookshelf – unseen and full of dust.
 Dieses ist warscheinlich eines der coolsten Bücher das ich je gesehen habe. Eigentlich habe ich es in erster Linie nur bestellt da ich ein paar Dekobücher für ein neues Projetk in gold und weiß wollte aber es war ein Treffer auf ganzer Linie. Das Buch ist voll illustriert auf jeder Seite mit wirklich wunderschönen Modezeichnung (ich hab mich gleich ganz inspiriert gefühlt). Es ist wie ein moderner Reiseführer aufgebaut. Natürlich habe ich es durchgelesen. Ich lese die anderen Dekobücher ja auch alle. Aber einige von denen – wie dieses eben – sind einfach zu schön um in irgendeinem Bücherregal zu verroten. Die müssen präsentiert werden.


 

L´oréal Paris Detox face mask
I became attentive by a few pics I had seen on Instagram as I am following their page and I went to my drugstore to have a closer look. There are three different face masks – one for detox, one for peeling and one for claryfying your skin. I took the Detox one and I have to admit I first was sceptical cause of the color. It looks really funny on your skin but it helps a lot. My skin feels so fresh so and clean afterwards.I am using it two times a week. They request to use it three times a week but I don´t have time for one more evening. 
Auf dieses Produkt wurde ich über ein paar Bilder aufmerksam die ich auf Intagram gesehn habe, da ich deren Seite folge. Danach bin ich gleich mal los zur Drogerie und habe mir das näher angesehen. L´oréal bittet drei verschiedenen Geschichtsmasken an. Eine Detox-Maske, eine Reinigende-Maske und eine Peeling-Maske. Ich habe mich auf Grund der Wirkung für die Detox-Maske entschieden, aber ich muss wirklich zugeben das ich wegen der Farbe am Anfang etwas skeptisch war. Es sieht echt lustig aus auf der Haut und ich muss sagen es wirkt ziemlich gut. Wenn die Creme bereit zum abwaschen ist, ist Sie getrocknet und hellgrau auf der Haut. Der Geruch ist richtig gut. Sehr angenehm und pudrig. Ich mache zweimal in der Woche eine Maske, empfohlen wäre dreimal aber so viele Abende bleiben mir nicht über das ich dafür Zeit hätte.


 

Vicotria´s Secret Body Mist – Total Attraction
So this is no surprise as I am craving Spring so bad. This has a sweet and flowery scent I just need this to get through my day with all the cold and snow arround me.
(Doesn´t make it better that most of the blogs I am reading already shoot sunny Spring outfits).
Also dieses Produkt war nicht wirklich eine Überraschung für mich selbst, da ich mir den Frühing so sehr herbeisehne. Dieser süßlich und florale Duft hilft mir dabei durch die leider immernoch frostigen Tage zu kommen. 





Flower bag tag from H&M
And we keep going with my Spring cravings. I got this little bag tag with two flowers from H&M and I love it. I gives your bag such an exquisite touch. Maybe that´s because of the color combination of this beautiful blush color and black which makes it look so expensive.
Und weiter gehts mit Frühlingssachen. Diesen Taschenanhänger habe ich bei H&M gefunden. Ich finde er gibt jeder Tasche einen edlen und exklusiven Look wegen der Farbkombination. Der helle roséton geparrt mit dem schwarz und dem gold lässt das ganze etwas teurer aussehen.


 

Phone case in glitter pink
I love everything that glitters and sparkles (Florian can tell you) so this was no suprise that I got this phone case for my mobile. I found this on amazon and the had such a variety on phone cases so it took a while to choose this one. I had several others I saved for later but I ended up buying this one and I am happy with it. It is flexible as it is make from silicone but it really protects your phone and this makes me feel safe because I drop it a lot. Oops.
Seit ich ein neues Handy hab bin ich auf der Jagd nach der perfekten Hülle. Da ich alles liebe was glitzert und funkelt musste es natürlich eine solche sein. Ich habe diese auf amazon gefunden und ich muss gestehen, dass war weder ein leichter noch schneller Kauf da es dort eine riesengroße Auswahl an ähnlichen Produkten gibt. Mit der Hülle die ich jetzt habe bin ich ganz zufrieden. Sie ist aus Silikon und so robust wie flexibel. Außerdem war es auch dringend an der Zeit eine neue Hülle zu besorgen da mir das Handy schon paar mal runtergefallten ist. 

 L´oréal Paris nailpolish Color Riche Le Vernis
 I haven´t used the nailpolish from this brand before but sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone and try out new things (that goes for everything not only cosmetic items). I was searching for some other color shades and I wasn´t so happy what other brands had currently in their assortment so I went with L´oreal and I gotta say I love it. Not only the really nice packaging, the polish is great. It covers pretty good, it dries really quick and it lasts a long time. 
Vorher habe ich nie einen Nagellack dieser Marke benutzt, aber manchmal muss man eben raus aus seinem vertrauten Umfeld und sich was trauen (nicht nur auf Kosmetikartikel bezogen). Ich hab mich umgeshen bei anderen Marken und war nirgends so ganz zufrieden mit den Farben aus deren Sortiment und bei L´oréal gab es einige schöne Farbtöne. Und meine Entscheidung hat sich auch noch als sehr positiv herausgestellt. Die Lacke decken sehr gut, trocknen schnell und halten lang. Ein Gewinn auf ganzer Linie. Und wie cool ist die kleine Flasche.

Tricolor block heel sandals
 It is everything but warm outside but I couldn´t resist. I purchased this oh so beautiful pair of sandals way upfront before I get any chance to wear them but I saw them on the bonprix website and fell in love immidiately. 
 Es ist alles außer warm zur Zeit aber ich konnte nicht widerstehen (obwohl das Tragen dieser wohl noch in weiter Ferne liegt). Ich habe dieses so tolle Paar Sandalen von bonprix erstanden mit einem supermodernen Blockabsatz und einer absolut chicken Farbkombination.
