Hello guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

I have started my 23rd week yesterday which means I am officially halfway through my pregnancy and I thought I share a little halway through update with you. I can´t believe it we have more than halftime now and gonna meet this little baby sooner than later.

The nursery is in full planning and I have gotten in a lot of baby products the last weeks. We also went baby clothes shopping since we do know that this little peanut is going to be a girl.

Another great milestone has been that I have felt the first kicks at the end of my 20th week. Now I am looking forward to it every evening. The baby mostly moves recognizable in the evenings after massaging my belly with oil. This makes it a bit more real than it already is.

My belly has grown pretty big so this probably will be one big baby. I had my last ultrasound appointment on Monday and it was also Florian´s first time seeing the baby live and moving around. It went great and and she moved a lot but covered her cute face with her hands most of the time.

I also had my big 20 week organ ultrasound on Tuesday and everything looks really good. You could also see all the bone and count the little finger.

My gestational diabetes has become a lot better too. I haven´t had to further adjust the amount of insulin I have to take. I am still restricted with a bunch of things to eat but at least I know what I do it for.

The only maternity pieces I have gotten so far are a pair of jeans and a pair of black tights. For all my other things I have just sized up one or two sizes.

Also my navel is still inside but Florian is checking everyday cause he thinks it´s going to pop very soon. I do not think it is. We´ll see.
