we had a beatiful weekend over here. Summer like temperatures and so much sun. It was great to spend some time outside and get used to the sunny side of life again.

We were able to accomplish some stuff in and outside our house and also do some Spring cleaning. 

There was a food and wine tasting at our venue yesterday. After hours of food we where still eating but it was really nice to see how the venue looks after the sunset. The lighting was gorgeous and garden area looked really whimsical. 
I had worn this dress on Saturday as we where out for dinner and it was perfect. The a-line shape is really flattering and also a great choice if you are planing on eating a lot. I always love a red shade no matter which one it is. 
Got the matching heels from Marco Tozzi via Zalando. They are really pretty and close to a very famous shoe designer.
In case of colder weather or winds I took this comfortable jersey blazer with me. The military style broke the girly look a little which made the look pretty edgy and cool. I picked a nude bag on purpose since there where so many other colors going on so the look wouldn´t be to overwhelming and also the bag matched pretty great with the shoes.

I am sharing my Easter Sunday brunch look today. I personally loved it. One of my favorite outfits so far.

Although ultra violet is the color of the year there is pink everywhere. Never have I seen so many pink and blush pieces around. I adore pink but always tend to get back to red. This might change completely this season cause have you taken a closer look at this beautiful beautiful pink bell sleeve top. It is perfection and a stunner on its own.

I paired it with a flower printed pant. The pink was included in some of the flowers on the pants so this was a total match.


Since the vibrant shirt and the all over printed pants include enough excitement I opted for nude accessoires. The bag has a classic shape which I totally adore and a great color to go for so many outfits. Also it would make a great crossbody bag cause of the size and it has an including shoulder strap. Also a pair of white heels totally complete the Spring look.

I hope you had a great Easter weekend. The sun finally came out around here so that was a good sign that Spring is on its way. I am back at work today so not such a good sign but the show must go on so I am checking back with another Spring inspired look on the blog today.

White and navy is one of my favorite color combos. There is something light and airy but still totally chic to that mix. 

 The pants are last season but there are dozends of cute white jeans out there. I still prefer the high-waisted trend over all the others and of course the raw hem is still going strong.

 The pullover is from a local store but there are plenty ones with ruffles everywhere. I always like a golden necklace with the blue better than a silver one. Just takes a little of the bluish away and makes the look softer and warmer.


The flats are pretty cool with all the studs and they are also really comfortable. They saved my fashion life last year when I broke my toe cause all I could wear where flats and not even all cause most of them where to narrow.

how was your Easter weekend ? Did you spend it with your family or did you take a quick trip to somewhere you love ? We had a big Easter brunch at our house and we where invited to Florian´s parents house on Sunday so there was lots of brunching going on.

I for myself consider me a red lover. Can´t just get over a good red shade but from time to time (and it happens more often) I love a great pink or blush shade. So this cardigan sat in my closet for quite a while but let´s be honest – pink and stripes won´t go out of style.

But let´s skip over to shoe trends. A huge trends for Spring are sneakers. The higher platforms and girly colors and embroidery and embellishment. So this is right up my alley. As a total lover of anything heels I finally went for a gorgeous pair of taupe pearl embellished platform sneakers from Tamaris. You can not imagine how light they are. They don´t weigh a thing wearing them on your foot.  They greige or taupe color is awesome and pairs with so many clothes. And how cute are the pearls.

I have combined them to this simple and casual look with a pair of distressed denim, a white cami and a cardigan. But how cute would they look with a striped shirt dress ?
