Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

snow is still here, but fortunately it didn´t get more throughout the last 24 hours. It also started melting but this might take a while until it is fully gone. I was so happy about all the snow gone last week and preparing for spring which means I put together cute outfits and post ideas but now I got a pretty big damper. Let´s see how this goes.

So for today I am reporting about the chain print trend I love so much. I have always loved prints and this one especially but it was so hard to get pieces with it until the last season where it became super popular and I am so happy. I already got several pieces like this bodysuit or this amazing dress.

The chain print dress I am wearing in the picutres above is from H&M. It has an awesome length (stops right in the middle of my calf) which makes it perfect wear either with pumps or overknee boots. The print is golden on a black background paired with white and black stripes on the sleeves and at the hem of the dress. It comes with a waist belt they couldn´t find it in the store anymore so I got it for a discounted price since it was the last one but it isn´t expensive at all (under 50€ and online still available).

If the temperatures would have been better I would have totally paired it with my pair of beloved black patent pumps but with snow everywhere boots it had to be. I also opted for a white fuzzy jacket to add some lighter colors and also a nude colored handbag.

I personally love to wear dresses not matter the weather and this one is really gorgeous. Be sure to check it out, the chain print is here to stay.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

The softest leopard print sweater you will ever have…

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

our weekend full of delicious food and doing not much more than to eat is over and what is left is a cold and snowy (sooo much snow!!!)  Monday morning. So to brighten up your day I am sharing the softest leopard print sweater with you, you probably will ever own. The quality is great and it has the perfect color/print combination I have ever found. And do you want to know the best ?? Of course you do. It is UNDER 25 €.

I ordered it from SheIn two weeks ago and what can I say more than that it is beautiful. I just love every leopard piece I see at the moment (posted about this beautiful cardigan last week). If you are very tall I would recommend wearing the pullover with a highwaisted skirt/jeans because it isn´t too long (only in one size available). I am 5´5 (1,64 cm) and it fits fine.

I combined it with a black faux leather skirt and a pair of matching brown suede booties. Also the hat matched the theme pretty great. Since I don´t want to go all black in the winter cause it is already dark enough outside I try to find as many pieces in the same hue to wear with black and lighten up the whole look a little.

And cognac brown and black are one of the best color combinations to date. Always look on point and very chic. Aboslutely love it. This totally could be a go-to cause it always works.

How to style an oversized cardigan + double buckle belt…

Good morning guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

I am really not a fan of the weather these days but after I hared about the -30° in Chicago I take it and will stop complaining. Not so easy cause I have probably hit a new low in terms of snow and ice this morning. My car windows have frozen on the oustide as well as on the inside. I really couldn´t believe it. Have you tried scratching inside? No, good for you cause it doesn´t work. You have to sit it out.

But let´s move on to a much nicer theme. The leopard print cardigan I am wearing in today´s post. Leopard print is still going strong and where the basic piece section of every store was expanded with a striped piece about 2 to three years ago it now contains leopard print. I absolutely enjoy this circumstance cause when leopard print became popular you didn´t get a nice piece unless you were one of the first in the stores. Everything was sold out and only the ugly or super pricey pieces were left.

The cardigan I am wearing above is from Lost Ink. I have a few pieces of their brand and I love them all. The quality is really good and for that they are reasonable priced. Also love this one, doesn´t it look super romantic?! The cardigan is from the petite section but in my opinion it has a great lenght and doesn´t look akward on me (I am 5´5 / 1,65 cm ). I combined it with all black underneath cause I wanted the beautiful dusty blue color to pop right out. The speckles are black and yellow. Overall it has a color combination I have never seen in a leopard print but that´s what makes me really like it.

I have worn it about ten times until now. A lot around the house too cause it is just so cozy and comfortable. I have also worn it unbelted and with a black slim dress underneath. Looks great as well. A light gray color also looks really nice with it and if you have a yellow one in the same hue as the speckles be sure to wear it, I bet it would look awesome.

Wishing you a great day today. Last day at work today and I am so happy about that cause I have tons of stuff to do around the house and also since I was alone at my office the whole week I got really really bored.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

Office Version – midi knit dress + gingham blazer….

….
Good morning guys,
(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)
how is it possible another Monday and where has the weekend gone. I really can´t believe it. Although I have a short week and one more day off than usual this week, I dread Monday like nothing else. I am just always so tired and unmotivated when I get up and the cold and dark winter mornings don´t help much either but I am working on that so let´s hop over to some Monday morning office inspiration.
It always depends on what office standards you have so you can wear what you like. I am at a more relaxed office now which makes it pretty easy for me but the dressing rules at the law firm I worked before where pretty strict.  So I think this look would work for both places. Maybe just swap the fishnet tights for opaque and you are good to go.
A knit dress in an appropriate lenght and a versatile color can be a great basic piece for your office wardorbe. It can be combined with different types of jackets and boots or even with pumps and no tights.  You can wear it from fall to spring and also without a blazer jacket it looks really nice plus it is super comfortable to wear all day.
I combined mine with a plaid blazer jacket – I call this my professor blazer as it has the typical plaid pattern and ellbow patches, always feel so british when wearing it – and a pair of color matching patent ankle pumps. I absolutely love burgungy and wear it a lot throughout the fall and winter as it pairs so nicely with a lot of different colors. That is why I got myself this DKNY handbag a few years ago since I was sure it would match with so many of my pieces of my wardorbe and it really does. I have worn it a lot this season and am not done now.
So I am hoping I could give you some work wear inspiration for this cold and gloomy Monday. We are all in this together so let´s get another cup of coffee and tackle that day.
Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.
