What to wear to a holiday party at your office – red and plaid….

it is here, it is here. My first holiday look and of course the most wonderful time of the year and also lot´s of different invitations to Christmas parties are already in. 
So there are categories by which we should decide what to wear. 

I would suggest going to an office Christmas party you should stay a little more formal on a work wear base but you can easily incorporate a fancy twist like I did with the red bow heels. 


Usually I am not wearing denim at all during Christmas time cause since I can wear it year round I want to be dressed up in glam and glitter for a few weeks of the year. 

I got this beautiful plaid blazer jacket a few weeks ago and already knew before unpacking it, that it would be a stunner. 

The pattern and coloring is just perfect for Christmas time. I paired it with a black dress and a black pair of fishnet thights. 

The flower earrings are from H&M and under 10€ and one of my most worn pair at the moment but let´s talk about the heels. Aren´t they the perfect pair of Christmas heels and the best part – they are under 35 €, ordered them from Choies. Great deal. They run true to size. I am wearing a 37. 

The little red bowling bag is from Galeria Kaufhof by Davind Jones – a last years find but perfect for the holidays so this is going to stay a long time with me. 
Our office Christmas party is in three weeks and I am definitely gonna wear this outfit.

To round up the whole look I used my favorite red lipstick – Domination from Balmain x L´oréal.

last week I have found the ultimate dream booties. The booties that are too good to be true. Booties which Sleeping Beauty would wear year round. Romantic booties with embroidered flowers all over

Have I said enough. Probably not. I could rave about them all day, but what is better than talking about them??? Showing you how I styled them!!!
They are from Tamaris. I found them by coincidence through the widgedt of another blog I was reading cause I wasn´t even looking for a new pair and here they are.

This pair is perfect for every girly girl who loves flowers, pink and brocade. Yes that is the material they are made of. Makes them even more noble.
 I paired them with my Coach Prairie bag I got from our trip to London in March. The color of the bag is matching the embroidered flowers on the booties perfectly.


I combined a dress to them cause I didn´t want them to be hidden under a pair of denim so I went with a simple black dress with a belt around the waist to set some focus. For outerwear I took this oversized wool cardigan in a blazer style. 


The cadett cap and the tights with a fishnet pattern rounded up the whole look.


I did´t want to go to crazy with accessories and colors to not loose the focus on the booties. 


What do you think of them? Aren´t they real life princess shoes?

hope you are having a nice day wether you have the day off and spend it with your loved ones and lots of delicious food or you are not celebrating and are working.

My favorite fall and winter color still is a deep red hue. I love burgundy and all its hues during the colder days since it is a darker shade but not too dark at all. 

I paired this fringe vest with a black turtleneck and a dark pant. The black otk boots went perfect with the outfit. The heels was not too high so it was easy running errands in all day. I got this pair of boots last year but there are so many similar ones at the online shops. 


The necklace is from Necklesse and I love it. For me the letter has just the right sizing. They are available in three colors. Rosé gold, gold and silver and are about 44 €.   They offer a code for 35% off sitewide. Just use “BLACKFRIDAY”. This would also make a really nice Christmas gift and isn´t too expensive.

The flower earrings are from H&M and from the this years fall collection, they are about 10€ and I love wearing them. They make such a statement. Also love this pair of tassel earrings. I have them in black and I have been wearing it non-stop. The shopper is from DKNY and already a few years old but the leather is just the softest and I still love this bag like on the first day I got it.

But now on to the space buns. I have seen this on TV and wanted to try it immidiately cause sometimes I am tired of my main hair styles and I don´t know what else I could do with my hair. This look is pretty easy to style by yourself and even easier if you have a little help.  I am planing on a hair tutorial so stay tuned.

I am so happy it is Thursday today and only one more day to work. We are kicking of Christmas season with our first holiday party on Saturday and I couldn´t be more excited. But there is still lots of preparing to do.

faux fur has been around quite a long time whether it has been in form of vests or now coats. I only had faux fur vests for my entire fashion being (you can see the posts here and here) until I finally pulled the trigger and got myself a pink faux fur coat. I really was thinking about sending it back in the beginning cause although I love colors and wear a lot this was somehow overwhelming me a little. I ended up keeping it cause the fashionista in me whispered that we needed it and today I am finally sharing it with you guys.
I also thought this wouldn´t be a good color for a jacket but I get a lot of wear out of it so I am totally fine with that. Faux fur is still so trendy and I don´t see it coming to an end. Probably not until in a few years.
For today´s look I have paired it with a gray knitted pullover and a pair of high waisted jeans. I am also wearing my beloved grey velvet boots.  
Do you have a piece of clothing you weren´t sure at the beginning and loved it then?
