How to style the parisienne chic for fall….

Hi guys,

in my opinion there is always something that reminds me a lot of France when I am wearing a striped shirt/pullover and a red lip. It is kind of a signature look for the Parisian girls. Of course there are many more fabolous looks but I like this one the most.

So for today´s look I have teamed up with Zaful to show you guys one of my first fall looks for this year.
I got this super cute and comfortable floral patched striped sweatshirt. They have so many cute pieces for fall you really should have a look.
I always was a sucker for stripes so this is totally matching my target. And the flower patches on the sleeves make it even more beautiful and add such a romantic touch to the whole outftit. The material isn´t very thick which makes it perfect for transitioning from colder summer days into fall. It runs large so if you don´t want it a little oversized like I did you definitely should go down one size.
I paired it with a pair of black distressed jeans with a high waist. Another focus of the outfit are the pointed toe heels from Buffalo in black and white.
It almost isn´t a real fall looking if you aren´t adding a hat to it.
The red tote from Michael Kors and a bold red lip made the pefect addition to the outfit.
Since there is a new year of school starting soon Zaful has a great promotion starting from August 8th until the 22nd. You can win free clothes for you and your friend for going back to school.
Hope you all had a great weekend. We are having a holiday tomorrow over here. So this means sleeping in and laying in the sun for me. So on another note wouldn´t a shirt dress be perfect for a lazy and comfortable day outside?!
Thanks for stopping by.
Take care. See you.

Thanks to Zaful for sponsoring today´s post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

From work to play – black eyelet skirt / two-tone lace shirt / LYDC bag….

….

Hi guys,

it is Saturday – finally. I had been so tired the whole week that we slept in pretty long today. Hope that is enough for at least today. So sorry for posting so late today.

We went to Ikea yesterday to get some furniture and decoration pieces for my closet and hopefully there is time between shooting outfits and going to dinner today to build some of it up.
(There is gonna be a huge “casual saturday” post next Saturday)

I had worn this look a few weeks ago when it was still hot and I really loved the mix of lace and this eyelet skirt.
Usually I think the combination of blush and black is a little hard for summer (in my opinion) but this really worked.
I got this t-shirt with the lace detailing around the collar from H&M – but it is old now.
For accesories I had worn these strapped heels and a matching bag in a blush tone from LYDC.

That is a look which you could take from work to play so easily. Classy with a modern twist.

What are your weekend plans ?

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

How I styled a blue and white gingham midi skirt for summer from SheIn….

shirt Pieces / bag New Look sold out similar here and here / wedges old similar here and here / sunnies old similar here and here / disc necklace Pieces /
 #ginghamprint
….
Hi guys,
since gingham is one of my favorite prints and one of the IT prints for summer I just can´t get enough of it (also got a few gingham pieces for fall already). I got this beautiful summer midi skirt from SheIn a few weeks ago and already wore it twice. The print and the length got me immiately and when I read that it had pockets I was completely sold.

I paired it with a white shirt cause I wanted to have the focus on this beautiful and bold blue color the skirt is in. A few accessories in a hip and trendy cognac brown shade (this color goes with everything) and a pair of matching sunglasses and we headed out for some lunch.

Do you have any plans for the weekend ? We started to think about what to do this week since there are no apointments. I definitely want to shoot 2 or 3 fall looks on Saturday (all the fall items I picked got in and there are definitely some I am keeping) and after renouncing carbs for so many weeks now I definitely want to grab a burger this weekend.
As always thanks for stopping by.
Take care. See you.

How to style a colorful striped mini skirt (on sale!) in 2 ways for summer….

1rst look) skirt H&M on sale / t-shirt H&M basic / bag Mario Valentino Rita in nudo / sandals Anna Field / sunnies H&M
2nd look) skirt H&M on sale / ruffle top H&M old similar here and here / sandals Buffalo Girl sold out similar here and here / bag old similar here and here / sunnies amisu sold out similar here and here
….
Hi guys,
by now you might know me and that I wouldn´t say no to any piece this colorful. Colors make me happy and this really is such a fun kind of mexican inspired mini skirt I found from the sale section at H&M.
So in fact styling this one was a little tricky for me (it wouldn´t have been at all cause you can work so well with all the different colors the skirt gives you but you know, I had about ten different ideas and got a little overwhelmed by with which color to go). So I went with a blush basic t-shirt for the first look. I wanted to have the shirt casual cause I added a pair of blush block sandals with metalic details and a big quilted flap bag from Mario Valentino I recently got from amazon. I was searching everywhere for this style (and would have take every available color) cause it is a little older and is sold out everywhere. But amazon has it all right!!!
This look would perfectly work for a date night or a dinner party or even a BBQ in a garden cause the block heel is perfect for standing on grass.

The second look I created around the skirt is really casual. You could easily wear this for lunch or brunch or for shopping.
The ruffle top adds a girly and playful flare to the whole outfit as well as the pom pom flats from Bufallo Girl. The little bag and the blue pair of sunglases really rounded up the look.
Which one do you like better? I really would like to know…
