Hi guys,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)
I am sharing another outfit including a shade of red on the blog today. Looks like I am pretty addicted to red lately. Maybe I am already missing Christmas or this is just my go-to color. Guess I have to find out about that, but let´s talk about this look.

I incorporated a few trendy pieces to create one look. First of all a vibrant pop of color needs to be, so the whole look circles around this red-orange wrap skirt with the paperbag waist. A paperbag waist is great to wear for so many figures since it creates a slim waist and also a wrapped piece of clothing are always flattering.

The gingham strappy mules are super trendy and gingham is one of my favorite and one of the most trendy patterns since last year.

Besides all the trendy and cool it-bags which are out there when Summer rolls around we switch to straw bags. They are super cool for Summer, spread such a beachy vibe and look really good paired with lots of dresses, flowy tops and wild patterned skirts.

Tow more trends and you are ready to get dresses and get going. The bell sleeve trends has been huge and I totally adore it. I always loved longsleeve shirts a lot more than any others. There is just so much room to play with sleeves and also I am always freezing on my arms.

The last piece I adore wearing lately is the handkerchief. This little scarf is just the cutest tied around your neck and you can find these everywhere these days. You could also wear it as a headband if you prefer too but I like the „stewardess“ look on myself.

Since the weather I was craving is finally here I couldn´t be happier myself. I am constantly outfit planing and since there are so many pieces we can wear now I want to wear them all at once. Also I want to be outside all the time and set up our patio and make a BBQ but I guess this has to wait until the weekend.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

My top 6 shoe trends for Spring…

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)

talking trend shoes for Spring today. Hopefully it is not to late but I could not have written about it earlier cause there was still snow about two weeks ago.

I am breaking it down into different categories so that it becomes easier for you to view the different styles.

The Mules:
Probably the most trendy shoe of the year. There are thousand of variations but I always like to stick with the classic look which came out first. The first pair of mules I officially noticed where the Gucci ones with the horsebit on the front and the fur in the back. I wasn´t aversed but also didn´t love them.
Few month later I totally love mules and have a few more to come. They are an easy shoe just slip them on and go. Also they are available in every color you could ask for. I went for a metallic shade cause I think that is really cool and silver also works with a lot of other colors.

The color of the year:
You should probably own a pair of shoes in the Pantone color of the year 2018. Also if you are not a purple admirer or never would wear that color as a dress or a shirt I would definitely recommend a pair of purple heels or sandals. Great to go with the trend, great to set a statment but not too much to feel intimidated. Mine are from Call it Spring and I only found the black version online but I would recommend this pair since it is pretty but temperate.

The block heel strappy sandal or the blogger´s heel – as I like to call it:
There isn´t a single fashion blog from east to west where there isn´t at least one post with this kind of heel. And why not cause the style is really pretty, they are easy to walk in, the block heels is on trend. Look great whether your are combining them to pants or to a dress.

The colored pair:
A red pair of heels is a basic piece and the perfect investment. You can pimp almost every look with a red lip and a pair of red heels. I got this pair of block heels at H&M and love it. I have been wearing them in many posts already and they are definitely a statement color for Spring and Summer. Be sure to get a pair of red shoes if you are wearing lots of nudes or blacks cause red goes with so much.

Pattern No. 1 Gingham:
Number one pattern for Spring and Summer is still gingham – not even the flower print or stripes, but they are close – believe it or not. I am not mad a second about this fact and that is the reason why I got a pair of lace-up gingham flats for Spring. Black and white is an unbeatable color pairing. It works with almost everything. The pattern is trendy, the pointed toe with the bow on the top is adorable and the height is perfect to walk in the whole day.

The slipper:
Easy and effective. Wheather you get a sportive sneaker inspired pair of a classic one with some detailing and a small heel, they are very versatile.
You can put them on in a second and they are comfortable to walk in around. How about trying out the plaform sneaker trend with a slipper? Or are you more the classic and playful girl. Get a pair of bow slippers and a golden line for some day time glamour.

Have you already stepped up your shoe game? Which ones are your favorite?

Flower print pants and pink bell sleeve top….

….

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)

I am sharing my Easter Sunday brunch look today. I personally loved it. One of my favorite outfits so far.

Although ultra violet is the color of the year there is pink everywhere. Never have I seen so many pink and blush pieces around. I adore pink but always tend to get back to red. This might change completely this season cause have you taken a closer look at this beautiful beautiful pink bell sleeve top. It is perfection and a stunner on its own.

I paired it with a flower printed pant. The pink was included in some of the flowers on the pants so this was a total match.

Since the vibrant shirt and the all over printed pants include enough excitement I opted for nude accessoires. The bag has a classic shape which I totally adore and a great color to go for so many outfits. Also it would make a great crossbody bag cause of the size and it has an including shoulder strap. Also a pair of white heels totally complete the Spring look.

Do you have a color palette you love for Spring or are you totally going with the trends?

Navy ruffles and white denim…

….

Hi guys and happy Tuesday (although it feels like Monday today),

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)

I hope you had a great Easter weekend. The sun finally came out around here so that was a good sign that Spring is on its way. I am back at work today so not such a good sign but the show must go on so I am checking back with another Spring inspired look on the blog today.

White and navy is one of my favorite color combos. There is something light and airy but still totally chic to that mix.

The pants are last season but there are dozends of cute white jeans out there. I still prefer the high-waisted trend over all the others and of course the raw hem is still going strong.

The pullover is from a local store but there are plenty ones with ruffles everywhere. I always like a golden necklace with the blue better than a silver one. Just takes a little of the bluish away and makes the look softer and warmer.

The flats are pretty cool with all the studs and they are also really comfortable. They saved my fashion life last year when I broke my toe cause all I could wear where flats and not even all cause most of them where to narrow.

Do you have any prefered color combinations ?
