isn´t a dress / knit cardigan combo the best Winter look ever – or maybe the best look at all. Works for Spring as well, just swap out the boots for espadrilles. This is look number four of my “last of Winter outfits I shot before posting Spring content” so let´s have a closer look…
Dresses are my favorite piece of clothing and I will always wear a dress over pants any day. So black and white is the perfect color for a dress. You can keep it classic or add some color to make it pop. Really any color will fit from yellow to pink to green.
I added a cute scarf to it and immediately felt like a stewardess from the 60´s. Anyone remeber the Panam show. I was so hooked and rewatched every episode many times. So sad it got discontinued.
Tomorrow will be my last day of Winter looks and I am so giddy to share some of the Spring outfits and Spring content. I have never been looking forward celebrating Easter as much as this year but imagine a cute little toddler wearing an adorable Spring dress and hunting Easter eggs all by herself because she started walking this week. Insert heart eye emoji here.
With that being sad have a nice evening and see you tomorrow.
this is a good one. Since I am sharing all of my shot Winter looks before Spring content hits the blog on Monday. There is one for everybody. The drama queen, the animal print lover and today some work wear for all of my gorgeous working ladies.
I would choose a blazer / skirt combo over any pant suit cause I love a cute and fitted skirt and the plaid pattern is just a bonus.
The turquoise blazer is from Zara and it looks so chic, very designer and fits so well. Great deal for under 50 and the color is amazing.
To not take the focus away from the blazer I have worn a simple black shirt underneath and sleek black booties.
Where are all of my working ladies? Are you WFH or going to the office everyday?
the forecast for this and next weeks says the snow is finally melting and we are getting Spring like temperatures. As fun and pretty an all white and snowy background is I am happy when I can wear my heels again. Also I am already planning on shooting Spring looks so the snow has to go…
Anyways let´s talk about this cute look I am wearing in the pictures above. It immediately reminded me of the American Hustle movie I have watched years back. The outfits were on point.
The wool mini skirt has a houndstooth pattern which I love. It is my third favorite after leopard print and flowers. To match the skirt I went with a red turtleneck but you could also wear a white one to freshen up the look or a brown one if you want to go monochrome. I love to wear skirts year round so a pair of booties was necessary. The brown patent booties are one of my favorites and match so many winter styles.
There is something about the color combo of red and brown that immediately let me think of the 70´s.
Are you having a great day or are you in the icestorm areas ? I hope everyone is well. Take care. See you tomorrow.
it has been the prettiest Winter Day today. Lots of sunshine, no snow and mild temperatures. We spent some time outside talking a walk and having coffee and went back inside before the next snowfall. I want to be honest with you I like the snow the first few days but it is the end of January and this weird time when Winter is still in full force but we are craving Spring and flowers and lighter colors already.
Anyways I wanted to share this cute knit wrap dress with you cause I personally love both a great flattering wrap dress and a comfy knit dress. I got this one from SheIn the last month and first wasn´t sure about because it appears to be quite short but it is longer in the back and worn with tights and a turtleneck underneath to take away the focus from your breast made me feel much more comfortable.
Red and Black always looks great together and although I am craving Spring now I just can´t say bye to my beloved red knit pieces yet. I have a few more fashion posts for you guys and almost everyone contains something red. Maybe it is Valentine´s Day fever?!
Are you guys in lockdown where you live? I would love to know.
