Hi guys and happy Thanksgiving,


hope you are having a nice day wether you have the day off and spend it with your loved ones and lots of delicious food or you are not celebrating and are working.

My favorite fall and winter color still is a deep red hue. I love burgundy and all its hues during the colder days since it is a darker shade but not too dark at all. 

I paired this fringe vest with a black turtleneck and a dark pant. The black otk boots went perfect with the outfit. The heels was not too high so it was easy running errands in all day. I got this pair of boots last year but there are so many similar ones at the online shops. 


The necklace is from Necklesse and I love it. For me the letter has just the right sizing. They are available in three colors. Rosé gold, gold and silver and are about 44 €.   They offer a code for 35% off sitewide. Just use „BLACKFRIDAY“. This would also make a really nice Christmas gift and isn´t too expensive.

The flower earrings are from H&M and from the this years fall collection, they are about 10€ and I love wearing them. They make such a statement. Also love this pair of tassel earrings. I have them in black and I have been wearing it non-stop. The shopper is from DKNY and already a few years old but the leather is just the softest and I still love this bag like on the first day I got it.

But now on to the space buns. I have seen this on TV and wanted to try it immidiately cause sometimes I am tired of my main hair styles and I don´t know what else I could do with my hair. This look is pretty easy to style by yourself and even easier if you have a little help.  I am planing on a hair tutorial so stay tuned.

I am so happy it is Thursday today and only one more day to work. We are kicking of Christmas season with our first holiday party on Saturday and I couldn´t be more excited. But there is still lots of preparing to do.

faux fur has been around quite a long time whether it has been in form of vests or now coats. I only had faux fur vests for my entire fashion being (you can see the posts here and here) until I finally pulled the trigger and got myself a pink faux fur coat. I really was thinking about sending it back in the beginning cause although I love colors and wear a lot this was somehow overwhelming me a little. I ended up keeping it cause the fashionista in me whispered that we needed it and today I am finally sharing it with you guys.
I also thought this wouldn´t be a good color for a jacket but I get a lot of wear out of it so I am totally fine with that. Faux fur is still so trendy and I don´t see it coming to an end. Probably not until in a few years.
For today´s look I have paired it with a gray knitted pullover and a pair of high waisted jeans. I am also wearing my beloved grey velvet boots.  
Do you have a piece of clothing you weren´t sure at the beginning and loved it then?

from time to time there are pieces which can be recognized on lots of blogger. Significant things like a pair of denim, a bell sleeve sweater and in this case a scarf. I have seen versions of this scarf over and over on lots of different fahion blogs (seen here, here and here). It is super soft and overlong and the perfect one if you truly want to stay warm.

 I paired it with a pair of dark blue denim, a colorful striped pullover and an olive parka. Usually I am not wearing this kind of jackets very often but sometimes it needs to be something else than an elegant silhouette. The booties are from last year but I still love them and get a ton of use out of them. The color is just so versatile and almost goes with everything. 


The bag is from Guess and a sale find from last year but the color is still modern and trendy and also pairs very well with lots of other colors. This one isn´t available anymore but I have listed two from Liu Jo in the widget below.


I am busy preparing for our holiday party on the weekend and I am really looking forward to start the Christmas festivities officially. So this means meal planing and list writting for me the next days.

don´t we all have pieces we tend to wear more often then others from season to season. I definitely do, although I am trying to treat wear my clothing equaly. This scarf for exapmle, I also have worn it here and off the blog a million times. It is just so soft and cuddly and the deep red shade is beyond beautiful. Also the classic tartan pattern matches great for Christmas.

I kept the rest of the outfit pretty simple to set the focus on the deep red color. A patched pair of denim in different shades of gray and an off-white pullover. On top I added a gray knitted beanie with a pom pom on top (this one wasn´t planed but it was just to cold and windy) which turned out pretty cute. 

My lipstick matched perfectly with the scarf. It is from Maybelline in the color Burgundy.

The sunnies are my top tip from H&M. They are on sale for 7€.

We finally have our Christmas card shooting tomorrow and I couldn´t be more excited. I made sure to have coordinated outfits for the three of us so I hope that picutres turn out great.  Also there is lots of stuff I want to get at the mall today so I don´t have to get in there again during the Christmas hype.
