as summer has finally arrived I am all over into it.

From head to toe – so this is also involving nail polishes.

Working out….

Hi guys
working out has always been hard for me. Not just because I don´t like the most types of sport – or I am really bad at them- but aren´t we all getting lazy through the winter months. And after starting working out again you gotta be consistent. Getting back or just getting into a regular work out plan because there are so many other seductions like going out with friends or going on a date or just watching netflix the whole day which seems to be more inviting than going to the gym….
This is why I choose this app for myself – Mad Barz.
It is a workout app you can install on your tablet or your phone and get started immidiately and get your workout done at home.

You can choose between different workouts – depending on what part of your body you want to train.


I think it is a great option to train at home and it really works (it does for me) even if it is just about 20 minutes every day……

Organized…..

Hi guys

after searching and searching I got really angry and pretty late for work so I decided there has to be a solution for this problem.

I used this little wood container for my earrings. In fact it did work well for years but unfortunately I do not like it anymore since last week so I ordered a real earring station from Amazon.


It came this week and I love it. It is white and it looks absolutely gorgeous. You can even turn it arround. There is space for 96 pairs of earrings.

I went through all of the drawers and took a look at each pair. I decided which one to keep and which ones I should give away (because they are old or so unfahionable or I just don´t like them anymore).

I sorted them in colors so I had a better look about the numbers of different ones.

In the end I think it is a pretty simple and absolutely great idea to get your earrings organized and it looks really great too.

in my opinion there is no other color which is able to lift your mood instantly than yellow.
It doesn´t matter if it is a light pastel tone or a bright New York cab yellow or even a dark safran tone. It works girls – it works.
