I couldn´t be happier for Summer to finally be here. It has never been my favorite season but somehow with the kids it is the easiest of all. You can do a ton of stuff outside and I just love that both of them are so happy being out in the fresh air.

Talking about being outside – how adorable is this dress I have worn to a garden birthday party. It was so whimsical and cute and the sleeves. Oh my gosh the sleeves are everything!!!

This is the perfect dress for so many summery ocassions like BBQ´s, outdoor parties and even a wedding. You could dress it up a little more and you would be fine to go. The baby blue hue is just the prettiest. I am so happy that it´s Summer and you can put on a dress and go.

I love white shirts. No matter the collar, the fit, the lenght, the hemline and so on. A white shirt is a classic and complements so many looks and I own a lot. They work great to wear under cardigans and jackets in the cooler months but also amazing with flowy skirts, all kinds of patterns or solo.

When Spring rolls around I browse through my closet everytime to pick out the white shirts, t-shirts and blouses I have left from seasons before and see what still works and fits.

Unfortunately the white shirts stain pretty quick (whether it is from food or sweating) and some won´t get clean from the washer so it means parting at some point.

I have plenty of looks to share with you guys wearing different shirts.

We have recently decided to get a bigger bed cause let´s be honest since both of our kids frequently sneak in at night there just isn´t enough space. I do not know which bed we are going to take but I have found a site (you can check it out here with gorgeours beds just like I envisioned) that has the perfect pieces. I want a beige bed and that gives me a great reason to redo our bedroom. I am finally getting a black and creme boho theme and I couldn´t be more excited.

So since we are still not final our bed decision I have started redecorating around the room. Changing decor. Changing the color of our frames and curtain rods. Searching for new curtains and also decide on a new color for our gray accent wall.

I am very happy with the decor theme I have choosen cause I feel like the color combination is very classic and timeless and I will hopefully love it for a long long time.

This was our first real week of Summer and I definitely enjoyed it more than I would have thought. We came back from the Europapark in Rust, a huge amusement parc and since then spent time outside with the girls.

Also it looks like Summer is here to stay and I have taken a tour through my closet and can´t wait to wear all of my pretty dresses. Not all will fit cause I still have to loose some pounds but most of them are ready to go.
