The weather has been such a one way street lately (14 degrees and rain all of last week and for the next two weeks – why tho?) so I am almost embarassed to share this with you but the dress it too cute not to share.

I got it from H&M the other day and wanted to wear it immediately. Gladly there was really nice weather on Mother´s Day so I took immediate advantage of it. 

It has a flowy and oversized silhouette which I love for Summer dresses. No one likes fabric sticking to sweaty body parts. The flower print might not be the most colorful and summery but not everyone likes neon or vibrant colors so I think this is a great alternative.

So let´s talk accessories. I am a huge accessory girl. Maybe not so much with bracelets and necklaces but handbags and shoes are huge over here and I have a feeling little Emilia will be quite like her mama. A raffia handbag is a must-have for the Summer months. It is something that immediately screams vacation and warm weather and still looks ultra chic. If you don´t want to go full on I feel like a black raffia tote or a mixed handbag like the one I am wearing above is a gerat compromise.

welcome back to another episode of Styled Fridays. This is my second reel I have posted on Instagram today and to be honest I was a little more confident than the last time and we loved the end result very much.

Since Summer is right around the corner I thought I´d share three different ways to style a kimono. I personally value the versatility of a great kimono year round but this specific piece fits best in the Summer months.

I got this colorful maxi piece last year from SheIn but to be honest I haven´t worn it once cause somehow I forgot about it and I was so mad at myself for letting it sit in my closet but now I have styled it in three different ways and I loved every look.

A kimono is a great piece if you like layering or are a little hesitant to show your body like I was. I am not full back to my pre-baby weight and it is harder than I thought to get there so I absolutely appreciate a little more coverage.

In honor of Mother´s Day we did a little mommy and me look shoot on Saturday but to be honest I do not need a huge reason like a holiday to match with my daughter. Probably going to do this as long as she tolerates it because I love it. 

How adorable are our shackets. They are blush and a soft and thin corderoy material and I got them from PatPat. PatPat is my number one site when I plan on getting cute outfits to match with my little baby girl. They have a huge section with lots of different items. You could also easily match with your baby boy. The options are countless.

You may have already read about PatPat because I have been ordering our Christmas pj´s on their site for years and I loved them every season. The prices are very low so the quality might not be the best on every items but that totally depens on what you get. I ordered adorable sweaters for under ten and the quality is amazing.

Now let´s move on to our mommy and me look. Shackets are a huge trend since last Fall and I still love them. A shacket is such a versatile piece and should not be missed in the closet. Maybe you have seen my reel on Friday – I have shared three ways to style a shacket. Emilia and I styled our shackets very casual with a white tee and a pair of blue jeans. 

A shacket is a great piece to add a pop of color to your look as well as to be the star of the show. I am all about layering pieces so this was so perfect. Maybe that is the reason I love Fall so much. All the layering with soft and gorgeous pieces.

If you are currently having a baby do you love to match as well ? This look would work with a little baby boy as well. Just swap out the blush shacket with a denim shirt and you are good to go as well.
