I have my first day back at work today after almost three weeks off. So I hope this goes well (have a really bad feeling though).

I wanted to share this adorable pink corderoy blazer I have shared on my Instagram feed a few weeks ago. One of my favorite bloggers – Teggy French – has worn it to the beginning of her #teggyfrenchchallenge and I couldn´t stop thinking about it. And also what is not to love. It is pink and corderoy is one of the huge latest fabric trends also it is under 40 and the quality is really good.

I ordered it from SheIn (be sure to check out my guide to shop their site here) and it arrived pretty quickly for the fact that the holiday hustle and bustle had already started and almost every shop was sending out late.

But let´s move on to the look. To make the pink stand out I decided to go with an all black and white look. The polka dot bow blouse was a find of a few weeks back. I officially had this one planned for another look but changed my mind so it was the perfect addition for this outfit.

Another hidden gem are these beautiful boots. I got them on Black Friday from Mango and loved them ever since. They are so outstanding and although they have a pattern all over they match great with so many different pieces.

Be brave and experiment bold bright colors and different patterns for the new year. I definitely will incorporate that more into my daily outfits. Hope you like it.

I am back with another fashion post on the more festive side. I have posted so many sparkly and glamorous looks during Christmas time but there can´t be too much sparkle right ?! So I am going to share another gorgeous and festive look with you. How about this adorable leopard print sequin skirt I have found on the SheIn website. It is made very well and super sparkly, perfect to wear for my birthday dinner. If you want to find out more about on how to shop the SheIn online shop read my post from last week.

I have combined the sequin skirt with all black accessories but it would also be really pretty with a cream colored sweater or turtleneck and a bright red lip. The lipstick I am wearing in the picture is from L´Oréal Paris and the color is called Paris Cherry.

I hope you had a great weekend so far. We had been out for brunch yesterday at a local café called Weichmann´s and it was delicious. The waffles where super soft and tasteful. We are definitely going to eat there again.

are you still in vacation or are you already back to work? I have one week left and still so much I wanted to accomplish during my spare time. Not sure if I make it but I can definitely share this look with you today.

This is probably my most worn weekend look. Always a little different but the main pieces like a comfortable pair of leggings and an oversized cardigan to cover up my back stay. Also a denim button down shouldn´t be missed in your closet. For me this is an absolute statement piece almost like a white blouse since it is super versatile and can be dressed up and down in so many ways.

I usually run a lot of errands on the weekends so I always carry a lot of stuff around with me. A big tote or shopper bag is the perfect companion. I got this beautiful studded blue shopper bag from Fiorelli and I love it. I have had several bags from the brand years ago but then they had a redesign and I wasn´t into them anymore but now they are coming back strong with fresh and beautiful handbags.

So now I am heading out for groceries and then I am trying out this recipe. Is is supposed to be delicious and I hope it turns out that way.

Hopefully I am also going to switch my site to WordPress. We´ll see how that works later today. Stay tuned for any news.

and happy Monday. It is a gloomy day today so I wanted to share a really pretty and colorful piece with you I got from Quiz Clothing the other week.

The color mixture of red, pink and gold totally gets me in a Summer and vacation mood. The pink and red are as pretty as the Art Deco district in Miami and the golden painted ornate print bring some serious Bollywood vibes over here. Wearing the pink and red satin scarf print shirt dress
can only make you happy.

In fact it is a dress but I wanted to add some fresh white to the look since there was so much color going on and also I don´t have tanned legs at all. The material of the dress is very light and color so this really makes the perfect Summer blouse/dress not only cause of the colors (dress is also available in black/white combo – looks super chic).

To make it even more summery I added my straw bag from Mango and a pair of wedges. A straw bag always makes me feel like I am on vacation in the middle of Summer. The sandals I am wearing have the perfect height for walking around all day and also for running errands. The color is really versatile and I think this could be the next bloggers favorite summer shoe.
