the week is starting with the perfectly sunny and mild Winter weather so at least that isn´t something to worry about. I don´t have any appointments this weeks which I think is a first in a super long time and I am really happy about it.
When I first saw this dress I was super happy and couldn´t believe that is was navy blue. I think it is such a gorgeous but totally underrated color that can easily take it on with it´s darker cousin black. Also the different shades of brown incorporated into the dress make it super chic. So I kept adding a bunch of other brown accessories to the look to round it up.
We also got our new dinning room table in on the weekend and it looks great. I am going to decorate it for our Christmas dinner the next couple of days and share on the blog next week.
I am also participating in Jackie Giardina´s #31daylipstickchallenge which is really cool. It forces you to wear a different lipstick everyday and you are not allowed to wear the same shade twice in time of the challenge. I think it is such a great idea and I own a ton of lipsticks and usually wear the same 10 over and over. Other than that I don´t have any news.
we are on our way for some delicious Greek food with our parents but first and foremost I wanted to share this gorgeous blazer jacket with you. It won´t get more perfect for Christmas than this. The tartan pattern, the bright red and the golden buttons really tie together the whole piece.
Great to wear over a dress for an office Christmas party. It keeps you look put together but still festive enough for the Christmas theme. Or you could wear it to church on Christmas Eve over a jumper for example.
I decided to go with a grey dress to set the focus on the blazer jacket. But let´s get to the best part. It is from SheIn and under 50 Euro. I have been impressed with the fit, the feel and the quality overall.
SheIn has a bunch of different options for that would all make great pieces for Christmas parties or office parties.
Have you got any plans for the weekend? We are hosting a little holiday dinner with our close friends.
Check back for another gift guide if you are interested and still need some things.
stay strong the week is almost over. I felt like this was an extra long and extra full week. Many appointments, many things to do and on top of that all of my ordered presents got in so it is also a lot of christmassy chaos in my home office.
I am really happy to have some time on the weekend to wrap the presents and prepare our home for our dinner party on Saturday. December totally is our busiest months of the year in comparison to the rest of the month.
So you probably know by now that I am leopard print obsessed and this sweater is an absolute gorgeous addition to my closet. It is a little longer than a normal sweater and has an oversized fit that works perfectly for the bump. I still only have purchases two maternity jeans and two maternity leggings. The rest of the things I am wearing are normal clothing.
To keep the focus on the cute leopard print sweater I added black leggings and my favorite pair of overknee boots. So that there are no other huge textures and patterns I went with to steal the focus from the leopard print.
Do you still love the leopard print or did you move on to the snake print trend and left the other behind?
today I am taking a break from all the shopping and Christmas posts to share a look I have been loving lately. A sweater/skirt combo. Also it is one of the few things that still fit me well so there´s that.
Also snake print is huge as the moment and a real threat to my beloved leopard print. I love to combine the actual print with a plain pastel or vibrant colored shirt/sweater and keep the rest in nude or black.
The black boots and the black bag are the perfect addition to the print of the skirt. Snake print is absolutely versatile as it combines well with a bunch of plain colors.
Also the nursery is coming together perfectly and hopefully will be done by the end of the month.
I am continuing tomorrow with another gift guide and I have also planned on sharing how I wrap my gifts and add a personal note to them.
