how does your Black Friday shopping go so far. Have you been wandering the net for the perfect gift or even the perfect bargain (check out my Black Friday sales guide here).
Since I only posted a sale guide early this morning and I also just got back from the dentist and don´t want to do anything besides sitting on the sofa and watch TV (there really is nothing I hate more than the dentist – maybe tomatoes) I decided to post this outift I have worn shortly before the snowfall. A burgundy hue is one of my favorite colors ever (besides a pretty vibrant red) so this pullover was the perfect combination from a soft cream shade, a glam golden line to a dusty pink and straight to burgundy.
I paired it with a faux leahter skirt in chocolate brown and a dark brown fishnet tight. I really have a deep love for fishnet tights. But only for the ones with a fine and delicate net. The heels I added were a recent sales find and I absolutely adore them. The are patent in the front and look like suede in the back. I also love heels with ankle straps a lot cause I think they are the much more elegant version of a pump.
But let´s move on to the trend piece over here. I can remember that the first time I have seen a round handbag. It was the Mansur Gavriel Circle bag in pink in one of Blair Eaddie´s posts on her blog and I totally loved it. It was the first brand that came out with a real round bag and I wanted one so badly but they where just to expensive so I was on the hunt but most of them I have found where to small until I found this little dusty rose circle bag. It is such a cute fashion trend as a lover of handbags the right for me but it is a little unpractical since a small round bag doesn´t hold a lot of things but anyways it is fine with me cause you don´t find such a beauty every day.
Hope you all are having a great day shopping all the sales. I am not going to set foot in stores today (at least physically). Thanks for stopping by again.

are you using your day off for Christmas shopping online and lying on the sofa still full from a delicious traditional homemade Thanksgiving Dinner ? Good gor you. For us (in Germany) it is no free day today but since it is Friday it is at least free for me and I have plenty of time today to tackle that Christmas presents list and maybe add a few goodies for myself.
So here are the best deals for my favorite German shops.
These are all the shops I love and shop on a frequent basis. I do have my eye on a few things but I haven´t looked if there are great deals. First stop today is the dentist anyway. I am gonna check back later.
aren´t there remarkable much Black Friday presales going on these days ? It is almost like it already started. I have already gotten all of things I wanted including my MAC Stuido Fix foundation and a new lipstick and also the pair of snake print boots from Mango I was stalking for such a long time now. I also put this little golden crossbody bag from Aldo and a pair of leopard print booties from New Look into my cart. Be sure to check out your favorite retailer cause almost everyone is already offering great deals now. Anyways, there have been unusual many shoe trends this year (according to my shopping cart 50% are shoes). Anyone else feels this way or is it just me. From chunky dad sneakers, to all-time favorite and still strong going leopard booties, to red and white booties, to patent leather shoes and snake print boots to the western boot trend with its unmistakable heel. I have to admit I always loved the western boot (I had a pair of brown suede boots with orange rhinestones about ten years ago) not only because of my sparetime activity Line Dance but also because of the effortless and chic way the Texans dress. A button down, a pair of jeans and a cowboy hat combined with a pair of boots. Awesome.
So for my look I paired a beige knitted dress and a plaid skirt with my latest shoe closet addition. The pops of red throughout the whole look (in the scarf, my lips and the bag) mixed in some statement and also loosened up the all beige/brown look.
Another thing I have to admit is that I haven´t thought the boots I got would be so comfortable. I have hear the craziest stories from people trying to break in comboy boots like wearing them with plastic bags cause otherways you couldn´t get out again or wearing them with wet socks so the leather is adjusting to your foot.
I just put them on and left so mine are totally made for walking. Got them from amazon (here) but I have linked some similar versions too. Mine are true to size and they are a little loose on the calf but that way I can also pair them with a pair of jeans.

I always loved fall, maybe you have recognized it by my posts. Fall posts are always my most read and also the ones I put the most effort into. The colors of the leaves, the fresh cool air, the mysterious fog and overall the happiness for the holiday season starts.
So when we got enganged last Christmas Eve (wow it already has been a month) I already knew I wanted to get married in fall to have the perfect fall themed wedding.
But let´s go back when I had to decide on the decoration and the color theme. I always wanted a dark orange and a rich burgundy color for my wedding but let´s just say I took a little detour before I finally decided.
Last year was the year of the Great Gatsby or 20´s inspired weddings (almost everyone we knew and the people they knew took advantage of that theme) and so I thought maybe I would love a black and gold wedding theme full of sequins. Don´t get me wrong I love it at anytime but I ordered many samples for different things I needed and I just couldn´t get into it at all. That was the moment where my rustic and rich colored fall wedding theme came back to my mind and I took it right away.
After that the first thing I did was to order two books I worked with quite a lot (Style me Pretty Weddings and The Knot Ultimate Wedding Lookbook) and the other thing was that I created a new Pinterest board all things fall wedding and finally my decor imaginations came together.
I started of with the wooden discs and the jute table runner. This was the rustic point. Another thing I knew I wanted were plenty of pumpkins. I love pumpkins, not only the shape but the rich colors and also the taste. We have lots of pumpkin patches nearby so the only problem was if they would already be available in the middle of September.
To add some chic to the rustic feeling I got two golden brass candle holder. Each of them was made for long white taper candles. Looked so elegant and so beautiful at night. The windlights had been a DIY project I made with my SIL and tured out very pretty (view the whole post here). So now that all of the decoration is complete the only thing that is missing here are flowers.
All of the flower arrangement were made by a local flower shop I have gotten bouquets for birthdays, Christmas or other special ocassions for year and I absolutely trusted them. And they did not disappoint at all. They made the most beautiful bouquets and flower arrangements I have ever seen.
All the stationery like the table cards, the seating chart and the name cards are made by Kartchenmacherei. de, I have used their online shop for everything I needed this far and recently got our Thanksgiving and Family Christmas Dinner invitations made by them.
Maybe this helped a little if you are planning a wedding. It is safe to say your life is easier if you are set on a color theme. This is probably the hardest decicion since it defines your whole day from flower bouquets to decor to the wedding cake.
I hope you enjoy reading my Wedding Wednesday posts as much as I enjoy writting them for you. Still have two or three in draft I am definitely gonna post. If you want to have a look at what I have already written about head over to the Wedding tab.
Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.
