Coffee Table Decoration Ideas…..

I always loved – and still do love hosting all kinds of events like a brunch, a dinner or just an afternoon coffee meeting. Last thing we had yesterday. I had my whole family over for coffee and of course for some delicious cake to show them the new house we are living now ( – for gods sake it is already done). I had been thinking a lot upfront about the table decoration and I decided to go with an outisde theme as we were sitting on the patio. As I had this nice coffee table cup and plate set I decided to got with the colors green and purple – an awesome combination I did never recognice -but these colors rock toghether.

So here we go – this is everything I used ( got the flowers and the lavender from the fields behind the house and our garden)
So first of all for the drinks – besides the regular coffee I had some refreshing sparkling water  with slices of lemon for this little lemon scent in the water and as an apperitiv for the guests after arriving an Jules Mumm with Acai flavor – a brasilian berry.

 
I made two cakes ( we were eight people – so I was afraid it wouldn´t be enoug to eat) – the small one was a sand cake and the other one has been a Pina Colada cake with pineapples and some rum. Yummy 🙂

I cut some fresh lavender from our garden to make the little bouquets for the plates.

Deep blue…..

I almost love every color and there isn´t a day passing without pops of colors in the outfit I am wearing so here we go with another super bright color. 
Royal blue or saphire blue or however you like to call it. 

Here is my inspiration board for you. 
You can only use one item to a nude outfit to add a fresh pop of color or you can also go in this color from head to toe.

A touch of Asia….

Hi guys

as the temperatures dropped a lot in the last couple days (fromm 34 to about 18 degrees) I went to my dressing room and picked out some of my favorite pairs of jeans. 

I have always been a more dress than pants girl but it is really way to cold for wearing them without tights (believe me guys !!!).

In this outfit I am wearing this gorgeous tunic from Amisu. The flowersprint and the colors make it so feminine. It is so light and a super soft material. I paired it with my favorite pair of Levis Jeans and a pair of petrol colored suede sling backs.

I had been really lucky yesterday cause it stared raining cats and dogs right after taking the pics.

Instagram lately…..

Hi guys

it has been the final week of the european championship and I must say I am really glad now. We were invited to sooo many BBQ or soccer parties that there it a lot to do lately.

I haven´t taken all the pictures I wanted and posted as much than usual. And I don´t want to mention how the inside of the house looks……….

I am planing on doing another house post to show you the next finished room but that is just not possible at the moment.

What would you prefer to see ? The bedroom or the living room ?

But first of all – here are some of the outfits I have worn the last week:

I had worn this dress on a BBQ last week – of course for watching the soccer game – and it fitted pretty well on me and for the occassion.

A pretty busy day was this one – running lots of errands, almost a little too many – so I thought I ´d rather go with a pair of comfy jeans and a t-shirt than anything to fancy.

Working on summer days is always pretty hard because I would rather lay at the lake or in the patio with a cool drink.

Found this one lately while online shopping and isn´t is absolute pretty with the litte 3D flowers on it. The color is a light pink and it is currently on sale for only 13 Euro.

This is one of my favorite skirts I own. The color is so versatile it almost goes with every other color.  I paired it with a pink top this time but you could also use a turquoise one or a green one or a red one…..

 This one had been a casual outfit for a super hot day. I paired it with a white knitted cardigan because I had a cold the last couple days.

This had been my go to outfit for spendig the afternoon at the lake. The dress or the cover up or however you want to name it is from H&M. They have the same one every year but with different patterns and in different colors. And the best is – it is always only 10 Euros.

Shoes – Reno
Bag – Longchamp

This was a pretty nice outfit – it really would work for a date night too. The shoes have little rhinestones in the front and the heel isn´t too high – so there won´t be any accidents 😉
