this sure has been a hard week for me. First of all I was still at the beginning and second of all I had to go to work in the end, even on Friday. But now it is the weekend. I am brainstorming new ideas and also new recipes. And overall there isn´t much I am doing. 

We are at a birthday party tonight. Let´s see how this turns out (starts with a soccer game on TV).

But first things first. I am already packing for our upcoming trip to Lake Garda so my bedroom looks chaotic. A lot. But my luggage from SuitSuit has arrived and I am so happy. It is big and pink (color is Pink Lady) and super affordable and I think it fits everything I want to take with me.

Also there is still some stuff I need to get. I really need a pair of great nude colored bras and I also wanted to have a pair of white statement earrings in shape of a flower or somehow white or nude.

I alos ordered some skirt from Asos (they had a 20% off day this week) but have to try them on first. I realized that in fact I don´t need anymore skirt for our vacation cause we can´t stay four weeks but Summer is starting so it probably won´t hurt.

I also finally got my kitchen ready so this is going to be the next room I am shooting, also our entry way only misses one piece which is already ordered. So happy we can finally end the renovation and decoration phase and have much more time to do other things or nothing.

I have some new recipes I want to try out first but I am pretty sure there might be a bunch which are interesting for the blog.

Casual Saturday #30…

Hi guys and happy Saturday, 

I am really sorry I skipped last weeks Casual Saturday post. I totally forgot about it since so much was going on and I had tons of stuff to do.
But we are back on track this week. To give you a little peek of my long list of things to do: 

I finished the seating chart for our wedding and also ordered the name cards. I am on finishing our song list and also searching for inpsiration for our flower decor. 
I am planning a summer BBQ with all our friends so I am working on a menu and table decor. Also our patio and garden area has to be planted and shoot.
 And the list goes on and on. Finishing some home decor projects and also getting some presents for Mothers´s Day. 


I ordered a few things for our upcoming trip to Lake Garda in Italy but I am going to show them next week after trying it on but I can say one thing. Major Asos order!!!


Be sure to check back on the last two posts if you need anything for Mother´s Day.


We also where on a long forgotten date night on Tuesday and ate some delicious pizza. The restaurant is called Da Tino in Regensburg. Be sure to eat there if you are in the area.

Casual Saturday #29….

Hi guys

and happy Saturday. Another week flew by pretty quick. Almost insane how time flies. There are 4 and a half months left until our wedding and there are still some little things to do but we are good. 

There wasn´t going on much this week. We are trying to get the garden Spring and Summer ready which isn´t too easy without having grass. Hopefully it is growing well and fast. 

I am going to Ikea later to get some stuff for our guest room we forgot the last time. Hopefully there aren´t too many people so I am gonna get out quick. Also I am shooting our living room today since it is ready. Un updated version and much cooler than at the beginning. 

The only this ordered this week where solar lamps and solar balls and also some herbs for our garden area.

And the striped dress I posted last week about (read the full post here) which is available in black now.

We went to a mexican place yesterday and the food was divine. I had tacos and Florian had the fajitas and both dishes where delicious. They also had a pretty good summer bowl which I am trying to recreate so stay tuned for that.

Casual Saturday #28….

Hi guys and happy happy Saturday,

at the moment I am busy getting myself ready cause we are going to shoot our engagement photos today. I know it is a little late but I really wanted to have warm and nice weather and blooms in the photos than gloomy backgrounds and mud and since the weather was bad so long we are shooting today.

I really got a pretty dress in a fantastic ivory shade for the shooting. This would make the perfect bridal shower dress too. Classic and elegant but with a modern twist. 

Afterwards we are going to have a BBQ to reward ourselves and then we have to do some work in the garden. We are building up a fence so we don´t have to watch Chloe all the when she is in the garden with us. 

I went to the mall on Friday to pick up Florian´s suit from the tailor and also to pick up his button down and his vest for the wedding.

Everything is coming together and there are only a few things left to do. I need to think about the candy bar, the guest favors and flowers. We already made the table decor so we are set in this category.

In fact I didn´t do a lot this week and you are probably already tired of hearing this cause as it turns out afterwards the post is still getting pretty long.
