Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)

since Easter is on Sunday already I thought I might share my 2018 easter table scape with you to give you some
inspiration for your brunch set up. I decided to go with the pantone color of
the year and incorporated lots of ultra violet which I totally adore. In my
opinion gold pairs way better than silver with the purple shades so I went with
golden easter eggs and golden cutlery also aren´t these glasses just the cutest?!

The pussy
willow branches are from the nearest garden center but I think you can get them
everywhere around this time even at your local supermarket. I have them every
year cause they are a real easter symbol for me. You can see last years Easter
table scape here. I had a pink and orange theme and loved it.

The eggs
are all different but that is how I wanted it to look and since they have the
same color pairings this really works for the table. The table runner are from
Butlers and they are in a thick and nice material, double sewed so they would
also work for your outside dining area.

Do you already have plans for Easter are you inviting or are you invited ?

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

Casual Saturday #1….

….

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Post contains affiliate Links-not sponsored)
I am starting a “Casual Saturday” posts series today. I was thinking about how I could give you a little more information on what I am doing or what I like which is not related to fashion but still shows who I am and what I like to do. Not everything about that is breathtaking but maybe you are interested in more information of our habits and go-to places.

Let´s see …

TV:
We finished Big little lies on Sky last weekend and I must admit first I had second thoughts if I would like it but after the second episode I was blown away and I loved it. Florian also liked it and we guessed back and forth which one of them could be the murdered one. Fantastic!!

Now we are on Season 2 of The Good Wife on Netflix which I really like a lot but there are already 7 seasons and no sign of stopping.

Food:
I found a new recipe which I immidiately tried out because I was so curious if I could do this too. The caprese stuffed balsamic chicken by cookingwithmima. This was so easy and so delicious. I made a salad with the rest of the dried tomatoes and baked potatoes as a side dish.

We also went to an Italian restaurant for dinner last weekend because Florians uncle who works in the Arabian Emirates came by for a visit. I had a seafood plattern which was beyond good – didn´t expect that since it was such a small restaurant.

I made chocolate chip cookies for Sunday. I got this recipe from High Road in High Heels and they turned out perfect. This really is the perfect cookie recipe and I just can recommend it to anyone else. Easy and so delicious!

House:
We bought a grill for the patio so this is coming together (very slowly) – I am doing a post about that when we are totally done (we also have a solar light in the shape of a flamingo – love this one, a few plant pots and a planter staircase with colorful little plant pots). We also headed to Ikea to get a table with matching chairs set. Our car hasn´t been this full for quite a while now.

And I am still looking for some things for our office at home. I wanted to shoot an office tour way earlier but in fact we used this room as storage room during the Winter months so I had to clean up first before I could overlook what is still missing but this is coming to an end very soon.

I ordered a new rug from Otto – a white one with colorful splashes – for my dressing room.

Thinking about getting another one for our bedroom.

So there was just furniture this week. I hadn´t even time to look at anything else. No drug store tour 🙁 or anything else.

Music:
I ordered a old Taylor Swift CD from Amazon (as she still isn´t on Spotify), the album is called RED. I loved to listen to it earlier but I couldn´t find it after I moved. Now I am singing to songs like “The lucky one and Red in my car (only with the windows closed). Although I haven´t found anything new which I really liked.

Hobby:
I got my bronze badge in Line Dance last Saturday. So cool. I am so happy cause I was so nervous upfront. We had to dance three dances to different songs and the jury decided whether you made it through or not. Since it was “only” bronze the expectations and ratings weren´t that high but it was still exciting.

I am hosting a big family Easter brunch today so I am already busy cooking and decorating while you are reading. I am using the table scape I posted here. Tomorrow is gonna be a post free day – we are heading to another Easter brunch – so we´ll see each other back on Monday.

 So cheers to the weekend.

Thanks for stopping by.
Take care. See you.

What to wear for Easter? – white lace skirt and studded heels….

Heels Marco Tozzi / Skirt bonprix / Pullover H&M / Bag similar here and here / Sunnies H&M

….

Hi dolls,

there isn´t a more modern
color combination for Spring than blue and white. You can spot it
everywhere. It is the “IT” color combination right now. So it is no
surprise you can spot it allover other blogs and in stores.
I planed to wear this outfit on Florian´s families easter brunch. It really screams Spring and looks so fresh and chic.
The
baby blue pullover is from H&M – Divided and it is one of the
softest I have gotten in a while and how cute are the sleeves. It is
only about 12 Euros so I got it in 2 other colors as well.
The
white lace skirt is a little older. I have worn it for Christmas as
well. You can view the post here. It is from Bonprix. I like their
pieces. They have a wide range of feminine and classic pieces.

But
let´s talk about this pair of shoes. Isn´t is just beautiful. As I got
them I just couldn´t keep my eye of them. They are similar to
highfashion designer and the best is they are under 50 Euros. I love the
pairing of the baby blue, the white and the silver studs. So so perfect
for Spring.

Momentan

Thanks for stopping by.

Take care. See you.

What to wear for Easter? – the pink dress….

Dress / Blazer / Heels / Clutch / Watch / Lips – Manhattan Rosewood Road

….

Hi guys,

as
Easter is coming closer I am showing you my first out of three
suggestions on “What to wear for Easter?”. As we are finally in Spring I
am totally into the pastells and more colorful colors (does this make
sense?). I wasn´t really looking for this dress in fact a wanted a nude
one with a floral print on it but I fell in love immidiately when I
found it and it also was on sale. Yes !!! So I dropped the idea on the
nude one and took the pink one. As this is really poping out I kept my
accessoires in creme and white so I don´t get a color overload. I paired
it with a white clutch and creme suede heels.

Da
gehalten.

The blazer is just additional. Maybe in your climate you are not freezing around Easter time 🙂

Thanks for stopping by.

Take care. See you.
