Oh how I love a plaid piece of clothing. There is just something about a piece of plaid and wintertime that fits so well.

This would be the perfect style for Thanksgiving. Colorwise and also comfortable. The a-line skirt works great with the slightly oversized but cropped cable knit sweater. The whole look is comfy but oh so trendy and offers lots of room for all the delicious foods.

We are having our Friendsgiving / Christmas Dinner next week cause with all the children and jobs and life there is literally no other way than this one date but that is fine with me as long as we are together having good food and fun.

Also I have lots of Christmas content planned and am going to shoot the majority on the weekend. There is also one gift guide coming including all the people I am shopping for but this will be the one and only I make.

Faux leather pieces have been in our closets for many years now and while I always only have had leggings and skirts I went with a leather jog pants. A total new style of faux leather pants for me but to be honest I am very into it and already got the same pant in chocolate brown.

The pants are very loose fitting so I went with a sweater which is a little cropped and a cute and warm scarf. What I love here is that the look is super versatile cause the black and creme fits lots of other colors and ocassions. 

Creme colored booties and the scarf elevate the look a lot and take away some of the sporty/edgy vibe away.

A good blazer and sweater combo has always been one of my favorites when the temps start to drop but it isn´t quite cold enough to wear a Winter coat. 

But it is a little tricky. Of course your blazer shouldn´t be super tight cause you will not be able to wear a sweater underneath and of course the sweater shouldn´t have any super wide sleeves cause it will only look bulky and umcomfortable.

Wearing a blazer over a sweater immediately elevates the whole look. I personally love this a lot cause I like my blazers and I want the world to see them and not hide them under a big coat.
