you all know how much I am a lover of red. And even in Spring and Summer times I like reaching back to my favorite color. The hue might be a little lighter than around Christmas time but I crave it. 

You might think I own more pink lipsticks than red but it is just the opposite and I think a few days ago I found the perfect red lip color for myself. MAC Red. It is their signature shade and I adore it (not the one picutred above but looks will follow soon). But let´s move on to the outift here.

The silk scarf trend is going strong and I really love wearing them. It suddenly adds flair to an outfit. Whether you are wearing it as a headband or tied around your neck or just casual around your shoulders.

Denim has always been an important material to me and since I am more on the skirt/dress side a denim skirt is a must have. I really love the one I am wearing above and create and outfit including it once or twice a week.

Bell sleeves or statement sleeves is one of my favorite trend since last year and I am pretty happy that there are still many pieces around. I just can´t say no to a pair of oversized sleeves but let´s be honest – they aren´t as practical as good as they look.

The silk scarf is from Conpibel and a real favorite of mine. It is in my closet for about 8 years now and I still love to create different looks with it. It is a soft and silky material and really pairs so well with different looks. I think it is the color combination of red, white and blue which makes it unbeatable.

Are you guys as happy as I am that it is Wednesday already ??
I can´t wait for Friday to come. Although the week is quite short it has its pitfalls.

doesn´t it feel like a Monday today?! I have to admit I first was a little confused if I had to get up but yes I had to. Hope you had a few nice and warm day. 
I have worn this look about two weeks ago and in fact it was just a staying at home on a Friday look but I really loved how it turned out so we shot it the next day. I have always been a huge lover of all blue hues so this look was no exception.
The coat with the scalloped hem is one of the prettiest I own. Also love that it is oversized which makes it really comfortable to wear.
A blue and white color theme always looks so fresh and works perfectly for year round. You could also switch it with a white top and blue pants and it would still forefill its purpose.
I am checking back with more Spring inspired looks tomorrow and on Thursday so be sure to have a look. Also have you guys seen my guest room reveal. It felt like this room has been in the make-over for years!!

we are still in pouring rain over here. It is incredible how much it can rain. There where three thunderstorms yesterday throughout the day and a huge one in the night.

So I thought I am posting a look on the warmer side. I have worn this last weekend and loved it. A good cheetah print is something you can wear for years and years to come so I love buying pieces with this print. Not only dresses but bags and cardigans and beanies –  you get my point right!!

The color combination of tan, black and white is – I think – the most blogged color combo I have ever seen and I can totally relate to that.

I have paired the printed dress with my favorite pair of tan wedges and my beloved bamboo bag. I had worn this look to a BBQ and everybody wanted to see my bag. I still love it so much. It is pure art to me.

The hair style I am wearing in lots of my photo shoots lately is one I have seen first over on M Loves M a few month back. But now lots of bloggers love to style their hair this way. It puts such a girlie feel to your look and loosens it up a lot.

Hope you are having a great day. It feels like Monday to me today cause I am the first day back at work. But tomorrow is Friday already.

usually I am not a huge friend of a mini skirt but in my opinion a denim mini skirt is an essential or a closet staple nowadays. 


I got a few in the signature denim color and my latest addition is this white one. 

I personally love the raw hem which is so trendy at the moment. White is my perfect color for sommer. In fact there isn´t a day I am not wearing a white piece of clothing (except in rains) which means I am always out on the look for pretty white pieces to wear all summer long.


I combined the skirt with a green wrap shirt. The flower print is so adorable. I really love flower prints in general so there wasn´t a thing to compain. Also a wrapped piece is so flattering to any body types. See my recent post about that here.

To set a  statement I paired some orange into the look. I think orange fits to a lot
