are many things which work to cool down on a hot summer day but two of
them are my favorite. Wearing a light and airy summer dress (like this sleeveless drawstring waist sunflower dress) from Zaful and eating
some ice-cream . Usually I combine those two things. Despite the
ice-cream I have found the perfect summer dress online at Zaful. It is a sleeveless summer dress
with a drawstring waist and this oh so pretty sunflower print. Sunflowers are a must-have and popular print this summer. The dress has a really good quality, the material is soft and not see through at all. This is a real steal for a price under 20 $.

we are back from our vacation and hopped straight to all of our usual things. Had some Indian food yesterday, went to work today and so on.

It really was a nice vacation and the places where so lovely and the food was so delicious but it rained almost every day so we did not have that much luch with the weather. You can read more about it in my vacation posts coming soon.


In my opinion a dress is THE perfect piece for summer and a white or creme or ivory dress is a real summer staple. White makes the perfect light and airy color for summer and just fits so well with all the colors to pair. In fact white fits for every piece of clothing. 


I decided to pair this dress with a pair of red wedges since red is one of my favorite colors and it also matches the tassels in the straw bag so well.


I love the beginning of summer when all the flower fields beside the streets start to bloom.

we had gone from peeptoes to espandrilles to flip flops and sandals with huge flower ornaments but the hottest trend for summer shoes right now are MULES. It is a one of a kind shape of shoe but everyone loves it. 

There are so many variations you can get. Flat ones, a pair with a small heel and really high ones with a chunky block heel. They are available in a slinged back shape or just open in the back. 

And all the different colors ….. but now I am drifting aways so let´s focus again. I got this pair of mules from the H&M online store and I love them. They are really flat but super cute. The color is in a beautiful golden metallic shade and it shimmers in the sun. Also gold is machting lots of summer colors and it looks great with a tan.

I am usually not a shorts girl at all. I own a few jeans short but I don´t get much wear out of them. But when I saw this pair of perfect brocade shorts I immidiately fell in love. They are super comfortable and the pattern is just gorgeous. I also like the color pairing of baby blue and taupe very much.
So of course I paired a baby blue t-shirt with the pants. It is a basic style cause I wanted to make sure that the focus doesn´t get lost. The pair of metallic mules matched the whole outfit perfectly.
We are heading out to a cable railway to get on top of a mountain nearby. This is gonna be interesting.
