Today I am sharing my Summer Vacation Wish List with you and what I have ordered as well. I know we are almost in the middle of August which means we are closer to Fall than Summer and I honestly can´t wait to finally have Fall back but I am also looking really forward to our family vacation. We haven´t been on a proper vacation since Corona started and that has been a while.

Summer Vacation Wish List

I already have this one in two other prints. It is super versatile to wear knodded with a skirt or over a bike short.

A cap is a perfect addition for a day on the beach or a walk in the sun. It protects your hair and face and is also a sporty statement piece which adds some casualness to your look.

I already have this dress in another print and have worn it several times including the going home day from the hospital.

I have never met a pair of retro sunglasses I didn´t like and also a brown frame is much more flattering to most skin tones cause the contrast isn´t as harsh.

Cute as a cover-up but also to wear out and about on hot Summer evenings. There are lots of different colors and patterns available. Looks very lightweight and since it is a co-ord set you will get plenty of wear out of it. Whether wearing it toghether or break it up and combine seperate.

The number one beach bag. I have seen it everywhere this season. It is huge and will hold all of your stuff plus you can just rinse off the sand and dirt.

A light read for the pool – if you can find the time.

Got this one already and it is a gorgeous maxi skirt. The material is very lightweight and breezable nd the turquoise will be the perfect vacation color. I got size 100.

As far as looks go will this cute crocheted piece be my favorite swim suit cover for the season. Available in many more colors and looks so flattering. Ordered already.

Totally got the bath slide trend and this pair makes it even more reasonable cause they feel like walking on little cushions, also there are tons of colors available so you will definitely get your favorite one.

Looks like crocheted pieces are all the rage on the beach this year so why not. I have ordered this one as well. It looks super comfortable.

The Gingham Summer Blazer…

Gingham, besides flowers, has always been my favorite Summer pattern. It pairs well with so many other things and also looks fabulous in an all over print.

I have added this gingham blazer I recently got from manguun collection to this very casual look to add some extraness but also to keep warm from those fresh summer breezes. It hasn´t been really cool other than on rainy days so I am glad that this adorable blazer jacket is very lightweight so I can wear it through the whole season.

A black and creme outfit is such a favorite of mine cause it always looks polished and the color combo works everytime. I went very casual here with a knitted t-shirt and a black midi skirt. Since we had been out with the kids I put on my favorite pair of sneakers. I personally loved the whole look.

Today is supposed to be the last day of the current heatwave and I can not wait for the rain and the fresh and cool air to hit us. I know we are still lucky because usually our hot days don´t last long but it has been super hot for days now and that is just too much. You can not go outside. Not possible to do anyhting.

Anyways let´s have a look at the outfits I have worn the last (I think) three weeks. I have switched the pink for lots of black and didn´t mind at all. Black isn´t the typical Summer color for me but there are so beautiful black Summer dresses that I really don´t mind adding a little more black to my wadrobe.

Pink Linen Shorts…

Dressing postpartum is definitely more struggle than joy most of the time but there are still things out there I enjoy wearing and high-waisted pants – any kind of high-waisted pants – is one of them. They suck you in a little cause the buttons or in this case the tie is right where you want it to be.

So for today´s post the main item to focus is the pair of shorts and of course, how else could it be, it is in another shade of pink. Seems like my whole Summer wardrobe is made of pink pieces of clothing but I still haven´t mind one bit.

I paired my pink linen shorts with a leopard shirt. Buttoned shirts are perfect if you are breastfeeding but also can be a little dull if you only have white ones so I am glad I got so many cute and colorful prints. A plain pink pair of pants are pretty easy to style cause they work so well with lots of colors.
