Casual Saturday #13….

….

Hi guys,

I haven´t done a Casual Saturday post the last two weeks because it wasn´t just enough we did to round up to you and also I had so much content I wanted to get out before summer fades away.

But today we are continuing with our normal schedule.

It was Florian´s grandmas birthday on Thursday so we went there for a birthday dinner.

For Friday we had tickets for a big soccer game in Munich and there is an excursion with Florian´s soccer team today.
We are heading back to Munich tomorrow to stay there for two days and are coming back on Monday.
Wow so many activities !!

Food:

I tried out some new stuff and one of it and above all was this double burger I made and since we stopped eating carbs I made the burger buns out of spinach cheese and egg. I have to admit they look a little strange and you might have to get used to it first but the taste was amazing.

Another meal or a desert I wanted to try out a long time was this skillet chocolate chip cookie. This is heaven you guys. HEAVEN. It takes nothing like a normal cookie. This is way better. I put some peanut butter and caramel ice cream on top which made it even better (and I thought we where avoiding carbs – whoops). The recipe is from Martha Stewart – you can view it here.

Another great thing I love to make in summer are salads. I just throw in any kind of stuff I find in the fridge or in my pantry. I like to add one warm ingridient to it like a grilled cheese in this case.

Since we love a good breakfast on weekends we tried these breakfast muffins and they are great. You can make them in a million different ways.

Shop:

gingham blouse JDY
oversized jeans jacket LTB
black skinny jeans even & odd
flanel blouse Dorothy Perkins

brown faux leather skirt bonprix
black faux leather skirt bonprix

I am totally stocking up for fall guys. I am all about colder weather, pumpkin lattes and decorating for fall but don´t tell.

TV:
I am still watching Pretty Little Liars and I am obsessed. Really obsessed. I like everything about the show. The characters, the story it never gets boring.

Do you guys have any plans for your weekend?
This might be the last weekend we are so busy cause we have to get the house ready outside before fall hits us.

Thanks for stopping by.

Take care. See you.

How to wear red and white without looking like your pizza guy….

shirt bonprix currently sold out similar here / shorts amisu old similar here, here and here / bag Mario Valentino sold out similar here, here and here / flats old similar here / sunnies H&M similar here and here
….

Hi dolls,

can you remember the scene of Two and a half men where Alan has about 3 jobs to pay the car and the new teeths for his younger girlfriend Kandy?! He is selling pizza in the evenigs and is wearing a red and white striped button down with a fake mustache and a hat.

This off shoulder shirt from bonprix really reminds me of that scene although it is a little more stylish. I love the ruffle detailing on the colar and that it is a could shoulder top. but if you would like to wear it off shoulder you could easily but the bands inside the shirt while wearing it.

I paired it with a pair of white shorts and a pair of flats. They are super old but they matched perfectly into the red and white theme. I also like playing with bag charms a lot cause you can easily change colors on your bag so I put on this cute cherry bag charms as well in red. I think there hadn´t been a red and white combination I did not like til yet. I have listed some more in the widget below.

Do you have plans for your weekend ?
We are going to be pretty active.

My top summer swimsuits under 50 €/$….

….
Hi guys,
although I am in almost full fall mode we are still in the middle of summer and hot days are there if we like it or not. So for this reason I have rounded up my favorite and most used swim suits / bikinis for this year and also if you want to catch up on the latest trends.
Palm print bikini from SheIn
I love everything and anything palm printed for summer. So pretty and so matching with the hot weather and the beach. I like that the shorts of this bikini are a little more high waisted than other ones I own. The top is more like an athletic work out top but it is cool and it matches really well and it is also padded. It is under 20.
Neckholder bathing suit from H&M
This is my favorite style from all of the H&M bathing suits. I buy one of these every year (this is my second one and the purple one was my first) – also available with stripes or in a bold pink shade. It is not padded but I love that the v-neck runs pretty deep. So you can definitely show some skin while wearing a bathing suit. It is under 15 €/$.
White swim suit cover from SheIn
I got this embroidered eyelet crochet top from SheIn cause I have seen it on another bloggers Instagram account. I wanted one for a long time but haven´t found one I liked. They had been to short or to tight or the white wasn´t nice at all.
It is under 15€/$.

Off shoulder ruffle swim suit from Tezenis
Unfortunately this one is sold out at the moment. I have listed similar ones below.
But how incredible beautiful is this style. I think Brigitte Bardot was wearing one of these while staying at the French Riviera. The collar is just so dreamy and I love the fun pineapple print. One of my favorite prints for summer besides palm leaves and flamingos.
I think it was about 30 €/$.
Do you have any favorites you can recommend ?
I would love to hear from you.

Fashion trend – polka dots….

dress bonprix / bag H&M similar here, here and here / sandals bonprix sold out similar here, here and here / sunnies H&M similar here and here / lips Manhattan Lipstick Tender Tulip

….
Hi guys,
a huge fashion trend I love besides florals are polka dots. This cute rockabily pattern just made its way to my heart. This really is a pattern which works year round and I am so glad about that, cause who wants to wear flowers in the middle of the winter. I have seen polka dots available in every possible color combination but I like to stick with black and white or navy and nude. Both of these color combinations are timeless and might match with every piece in your wardrobe.

For this summer look I paired my dress with a white straw bag (hottest bag trend for summer) and a pair of tricolored sandals with a trendy block heel.

I has been a pretty casual outfit but polka dots can also be worn in the office. Just switch the straw bag for a leather tote and add a blazer jacket and you are just fine.

How is your week so far. It was a holiday over here yesterday so I it feels so Monday for me today. Looking forward to the weekend so bad. We are on a excursion on Saturday and we are heading to Munich for two days on Sunday.

Thanks for stopping by.
