Color hits different in the Summer. I have never been a huge fan of neon colors but with bronzed skin and sunshine the colors just look so magnificent.
The combo of orange and green is one of the prettiest I have seen in a while – maybe an equivalent to pink and turquoise. We went out for a sports festival on this day so I kept it pretty simple with flats but you could also dress it up with heels and an up-do.
I have been loving the Land´s End canvas handbags for years but just recently had a look at their fashion pieces. I personally think they do have some great pieces for hiking in the Fall and for everything coastal grandma related but their regular everyday Summer clothes are also super cute.
It definitely is worth to check it out plus there is always some sort of sale going on which makes you save big bucks.
The dress itself reminds me so much of a vacation on Hawaii. The turquoise is such a vibrant and pretty ocean color and the hibiskus blossoms are the eptiome of a tropical setting.
There are tons of other prints available on the site. This makes a great vacation dress, beach cover-up or a just a nice Summer dress. It has pockets too. I got a size 40 and there is still room.
How in the world is it already Monday ? Since we start SUP the weekends pass twice as fast.
Anyways I have worn this pair of sage wide leg pants a few weeks back and it is the perfect Summer pant. Very lighweight and comfortable. I have gotten another color pretty quick and now it is one of my favorite pants for quick styles.
I have styled it with a flower trimmed white shirt for this look but you could also wear it with a cool graphic shirt and platform sneakers.
The 30 days are over and it was really easy to get dressed everyday. But I have to admit that the Summer weather has made it pretty easy. Just throw on a dress in the morning and you are ready for the day and good to go.
I can definitely check the box in terms of wearing tons of my old Summer clothes but I did not make it in terms of buying new things. Definitely going to extend it into July and I will not buy Summer clothes this months cause there are only 2 full months of Summer left and I have enough. Would be very sad if clothes stay unworn this year.
