Dress and Cardigan – a Dream Team for Fall…

so we are walking into another week and it has been fun so far, not. I had to make a ton of calls and get all kinds of forms. It is going to be so much fun filling them all out.

But let´s talk about more fun stuff like cute Fall outfits and Autumn leaves everywhere. I had an appointment in the morning and the temperature was below zero so we are in fact in the middle of Fall.

The look I am wearing above is most likely my Fall / Winter uniform. I love wearing a dress with a cardigan/blazer on top plus a pair of cute booties (tights optional). Burgundy has become one of my favorite Fall colors over the years.

Halloween Costume Idea – The Roaring 20´ s…

I haven´t planned on sharing this costume or a single costume at all but we are invited to a roaring 20´s themed birthday party and we had to get some cool theme matching stuff asap.

The Great Gatsby has been one of the movies I admired the most. The costumes, the music, the party, the stunning decor – everything was on point. 20´s parties have been all the rage since a few years. Who doesn´t love the mix of black and gold. It looks mysterious, expensive, sleek. My first idea of our wedding also was a Gatsby theme but I went with Fall because that´s my favorite and the reason we got married in September.

So for this look I went with a sequins and fringes dress I got from SheIn. It has the most beautiful cream color. Accessories are my favorite things to add and this era was nothing short of them. The pearl necklace, the headband and the gloves are all from SheIn and the super cool black feather boa has been an amazon find.

All in all I am very happy with my look and can´t wait to wear it out on the town. 😉 Can you tell we don´t get out much often.

Since all of the pieces are from SheIn / amazon it is a total affordable look and definitely could be worn to another party as well.

we are finally on the better side of this cold. Wow this week has been a doozy. Being sick and watching a toddler at the same time is hard you guys. Wow. I could not imagine how hard it is to do it alone without the help of the grandparents. Anyone of you who does it all by yourself is a real hero.

Anyways let´s talk about this easy and casual Fall look. I have worn it at our two day trip to the Bavarian Forest and it was warm as well as comfortable.

Sherpa has been all the rage last year and I figured why not still am I right? I mean we need to stay warm and cozy again this year. I paired the cardigan with a matching graphic t-shirt and a simple pair of skinny jeans. To add a little glamour to this simple look I went with my glitter sneakers I got from amazon.

I do like easy looks from time to time but definitely was happy to dress up in the evening. I mean by frequently visiting my blog you that there isn´t much casual dressing around here.

It´s Fall – Wear more plaid…

I am writting to you directly from my bed with my 5th tea in hand and afterwards I am definitely sleeping. We are still pretty congested over here which makes sleeping super hard. I might have gotten a solid 4 hours last night. Worse than the newborn stadium.

Plaid is an amazing pattern for Fall time and I fully embrace it come October. I did a huge Fall try-on post yesterday with lots of plaid pieces like the dress I am sharing above so maybe you want to check it out.

The dress I am wearing above has so many fun fashionable features. The square neck, the puff sleeves and a-line plus the colors are adorable. It is from Asos and I have shortly shared it in yesterday post.

For the still warm October I decided to pair it with a knit cardigan and a pair of creme colored booties but it would also look very cute with a wool coat, tights and boots.
