Another week has come and gone I haven´t been as confused as I was this week for a very long time. I almost forgot a pediatrician appointment and thought it was the last week of swimming lessons but boy was I wrong.

MEALS

MONDAY – Lasagna

TUESDAY – Oven baked potatoes and steak

WEDNESDAY – Greek Style Noodle Salad

THURSDAY – Chinese Take-Out IYKYK

FRIDAY – Leftovers

SATURDAY – Shish Kebab

SUNDAY – Homemade Pizza at our friend´s house

FASHION

One of my best weeks yet. Outift wise.

Sales are still going strong so if you want to get something nice for the remaining Summer or an upcoming vacation heavily discounted I would suggest to go and get it while there are still many sizes available.

ACTIVITIES

There is still one week of swimming lessons left and then we are done and our big girl can finally swim. I am very proud of her, she has done so well and loves to practice now at every chance she gets.

Not much to report here cause there are so many end-of-year things the next two weeks. 

MISC

Our middle girl got vaccinated this week and she was such a brave girl. Took it like a champ and only cried for a minute after. This was the best reason to go and get some delicious ice-cream with her. She took lemon and loved every bit of it.

My big girl also had an appearance on Saturday with her dancing group. They did so great. I am always amazed how they aren´t afraid in front of so many people.

Today we have been invited to our family friends house for homemade pizza. They have a pizza oven and make the most delicous pizzas I have ever tasted. Does not go well with my current training to loose weight (I am down 8 kg and have 10 kg to go) but sometimes you have to treat yourselves am I right ?!

I have been neglecting my posting the last couple of week but there was just so much happening behind the scenes and I have been so tired lately but today I am showing up and I am here for you guys. Recapping this very busy birthday week.

Someone partied to hard on her birthday and fell asleep on the floor the next day. This hasn´t happened in a long time. Still my little girl.

MEALS

Yeah that is such a thing – I have been really neglecting cooking this week and just throwing things together. 

We had salmon and broccoli with parmesan cheese on Thursday and I had a ton of stuff that would have expired very soon so I threw this together in a pan with some spices and onions. 

Our favorite Chinese restaurant has closed this and next week and I am not happy about it.

FASHION

The weather here has been more than awful. I did not wear much cute things this week. The outfit with the yellow skirt was definitely a favorite.

H&M and C&A does have so many adorable Summer clothes these days. I have found tons of stuff for me and our little baby and I also got the cutest blue and white outfits for the big girls for photo day.

ACTIVITIES

On Wednesday we went to the swimming pool cause it was the birthday girls wish to go swimming.

MISC

The moments were our little baby just falls asleep on us have become very rare so this definitely had to be documented.

It has been birthday week of our middle child over here this week and I have to admit I am really sad. She turned three on Wednesday and somehow this is such a huge thing for me. She was always the little one and very often pretty sick and needed lots of care and attention and now she is three and claims to be a big girl and is proud of herself for being out of diapers and starting Kindergarten in the Fall. 

My mom surprised her with a unicorn costume and she was so happy about it. She giggled the whole time and was totally mesmerized by the big unicorn in our garden. I just love how amazing the world looks through children´s eyes.

It was Kindergarten shooting day this week and the setup was the cutest I have ever seen. I got matching outfit for the girls in creme and blue hues and can´t wait how the photos turned out. The girls did so well and had so much fun.

My husband and I (and of course our littlest) went on another short city trip today. Prague is one of our favorite cities and we have already been three times but there is so much to do we will definitely be back for a forth time. You can find new things to look at and eat and do everytime you visit.

This has been a week with very mixed feelings for myself. We had swimming lessons and fun in the water and a great mother´s day weekend but also a double funeral on Tuesday so there have been tons of ups and downs feeling wise.

Our weather is still very mixed. I was wearing a warm jacket at the funeral on Tuesday and a Summer dress on Sunday. The would be so hot already but the constant winds cool it down drastically.

MEALS

Cooking has not been on my mind so much this week. I just didn´t know what to make and also had less appetite so it was really hard to make up some meals.

FASHION 

I have found some amazing things at H&M and also at NKD lately. Definitely love Summer more and more each year. 

This set is gorgeous – linen and a neutral color, also pants are available in long and short. I have gotten this swim suit in green and red and it so soft and comfortable to wear. Also how adorable are all things lemon?!

ACTIVITIES

We have swimming lessons on Friday and dancing on Monday and other than that play groups on Tuesday and Thursday. This week we went out for brunch twice and we had a mother´s day coffee date on Sunday.

MISC

The woman who makes our playgroup has started a play afternoon for the kids from now until Summer break including coffee and cake for the moms and I just love it. I have been there today and it was so nice chatting away while the kids all play together. You´ll find me here on Tuesday afternoons until further notice.
