Tuesday – I have made simple tuna noodles. A can of tuna, red pesto and noodles. I am definitely longing for very easy meals lately cause handling three kids and cook at the same time is often not possible.
Wednesday – Very quick oven dish with rice, meat balls and tomatoe sauce.
Thursday – We got take-away from a local restaurant. I got some burger, fries, nuggets and a salad. The food was very good but not much.

Sunday – Lunch at my inlaws with my favorite food. Beef stew, little dumplings and the most delicious sauce.

What we did
It was the week before our big Summer vacation so all I did was pack and tidy up.
We had a pretty good week over here. I started packing for our upcoming trip, the girls had a playdate over, we spent so much time outside cause the weather was just gorgeous and I got a very cute surprise on Mothers´s Day only to end the week with a fever and a cough and a teething baby. How quickly can toddler develop any kind of sickness!!! This is insane.
What we ate
Monday – I got a bowl from Dean & Davids´s – the Korean BBQ Beef Bowl. It was really really good. Tasty, a little spicy and perfect amount but to be honest, 17 Euro for it are way to much. Not worth it at all.
Tuesday – Rottisserie chicken with potatoe salad
Wednesday – I made one of the girl´s favorite foods – German spätzle (a mixture between noodles and dumplings) with cheese and roasted onions
Thursday – is for chicken and rice. An oldie but goodie
Friday – The weather was so nice and sunny so we made Bratwurst on the little grill.
Saturday – Pasta with meat sauce
Sunday – Went out for brunch and lunch at the Beerenmeile Lappersdorf.
What I wore
We had a gorgeous week full of Summer weather. Looking back on last weeks outfits I can´t deny loving patterns. My favorite will forever be any kind of flower pattern followed by polka dots and gingham.
What we did
On Saturday I had a very cool Line Dance Workshop with Gudrun Schneider. We have learned 4 different Line Dances. It was very interesting. She was a very charismatic and nice teacher. Very cool woman.
We went to the Beerenmeile Lappersdorf for Mother´s Day. It is a really cool area where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course coffee and cake. They have a huge play area for children with a sand box and a playground and also some goats to look at.
On our way home we took a quick detour and had an afternoon coffee at my inlaws. I had a little sparkling drink and my little girl kept watering the flowers.
This week has been pretty chill in comparison to last week. We all had lots of time outside in the sun or spent with family. Pretty great if you ask me, but I also missed some little trips so next week we will be out and about again.
What we ate
I have not made one food pic this week. I really don´t know why. Either I was so hungry that there was no time or I was so tired that I forgot!!
Monday – Sunday Leftovers. IYKYK!!
Tuesday – The girls and my husband eat at my MIL´s so I always have some quick dinner. Made an omelette with tomatoes and grated mozzarella cheese. Tastes good, high protein and fills my belly.
Wednesday – German Brotzeit. Fresh bread, different kinds of sausage, cheese and vegetables.
Thursday – Chicken noodle soup and chicken and rice it was. Sometimes I just don´t know what´s up with my kids. Why is the food theme such a hard one.
Friday – It was a holiday on Friday so we definitely all cooked together but I can not remember for the life of me what it was.
Saturday – I was out all day but the rest of my family has gotten themselves pizzas. I had some leftovers the next day.
Sunday – Lunch at my inlaws. We got Spaghetti and meat sauce. So so good. A real crowd pleaser.
What I wore
How amazing the weather has been the last couple of days. It really has turned into Summer overnight. Wearing skirts and dresses is my favorite thing. Give me all the space for legs!!
What we did
Lots of outdoor time this week. I am not much of a playground mom. I will go with my girls but rather stay at home. Maybe that it why I got so many playground things for our garden like swings, a climbing wall and a sand box. But be careful and always check your kids at night. We already had our first tick. They are mean this year.
On Saturday was International Line Dance Flash Mob Day and of course our group participated as well and also invited some befriended groups. We had a Flash Mob in the late afternoon which was a huge successa and also a Line Dance Party after. So we danced the night away. It is always so much fun.
Misc
I have been very sentimental the last few days. All of the cute little Summer dresses the big girls have worn as a baby are now my baby´s turn to wear and I can´t stop going through old pictures and reminiscing of the „old“ days. Time truly is a thief.
Monday – Chicken stew leftovers. I just made fresh noodles.
Tuesday – The girls are mostly at their grandma on Tuesday and my husband picks them up, they eat dinner together and come home so I am mostly alone for dinner. I love to make an omelette for dinner topped with feta cheese and ham.
Wednesday – Easy noodles with pesto. The girls like the green pesto or the calabrese most.
Thursday – Went out with one of my mom friends to our local suhsi restaurant and it was a really nice evening with good food and plenty to talk about (she has 4 kids).
Friday – I had a quick burrito filled with some grated cheese, tomatoes, burger sauce and a cut up burger patty. My favorite quick food idea these days.
Saturday – I had a amazing steak and potatoe wedges at the Bison Saloon in Pullman City.
Sunday – Big Family brunch at my MIL´s so we ate plenty and got even more leftovers home with us.
What I wore
Fashion has been so fun lately. With the nice weather and the flowers in bloom everywhere I just love to get dressed everyday. I have done a closet reset (kind of clean out or just a rearranging) and have left out so many great pieces I definitely want to wear while it´s still Spring.
Also has anyone noticed how much great pieces H&M has in store and online these days. I can not get over it. Definitley not what I wanted as I was planning on wearing the stuff I already own but you only live once am I right?!
What we did
I had breakfast with a dear friend at Cotidiano´s in Regensburg. I had the blueberry cinnamon porridge and it was divine. Definitely going to order this again next time. So so good.
On Saturday our family made a day trip to one of our favorite places – to Pullman City. We just love everything about the Western City in the Bavarian Forest. It is just the coolest. We have been so many times now that I am probably going to write an extra post cause there is so much to do and so much information on the topic.
On Sunday we invited some of our friends and had the first BBQ of the year. Let me tell you it was delicious. I just love this so much. Means Summer time is coming right along.
Misc
Anyone else obsessed with the plant section of their local home department store. I am always amazed at all the flowers and the beautiful pots. I could browse there for hours.
