Isn´t it great that Red got so popular this year. Not only is it an amazing color to wear year round, but it is the best for Christmas time. A bright Red can look very festive when paired with the right colors. Paired with greens or white for the extra christmassy touch or paired with brown or black to make it pop out right.
If you have been following my account for some time now you might have realized that I am quite fond of Christmas sweaters and I have collected a lot throughout the years.
Today I wanted to share 2 easy ways to incorporate your Christmas sweaters into your daily wardrobe. The first look would be great for an office look.
2 Ways to style your Christmas Sweaters
The corderoy pants in a dark green match the colors of the nutcracker sweaters perfectly. Add a blazer and booties plus a work tote and you are good to go to the office.
For the second look I went with a Christmas tree sweater and a knitted skirt. I have added a plaid scarf to the look and a bright green handbag to make it extra christmassy.
Welcome to Christmas baking part II. I have been very busy the last couple of weeks and made lots of Christmas cookies. To be honest I had a lot of fun doing so. This will probably be my last round-up (or maybe not, I don´t know yet) of cookies you enjoy and hopefully gather some inspiration for your own home bakery. Wether you eat them by yourself or gift them – have fun baking.
I just love a perfectly set dinner table. Not only does it look so festive but it also resembles my love for all the holidays and family festivities. I have a great love for details as well so I try to incorporate as many special elements as possible.
This years decoration color theme is Red – the classiest of all Christmas colors so I went with a Red and Green table scape.
How to set the table
I always start with the table cloth or table runner. For this year I only added a table runner cause I wanted to keep the rustic flair of the wooden table with the greenery I put on top of the runner.
Then I add the deocr like bottle brush trees or gingerbread houses on the center of the dinner table. This year I went with fresh greenery and golden candle holders. Very laid back but super festive. To add the viral bow trend to my table setting I have wrapped a little red bow around every candle holder on the table. This added very much to the festiveness.
Afterwards I start with the plate setting. This time I used metallic green table
