Little black dress…..

Hi guys

all of you know that the Little Black Dress is a wardrobe staple that couldn´t be more versatile in it´s cuts and lengths and materials. So it is clear that almost everybody has one but you won´t find two of them looking the same. For me it is and always had been an evenig dress so I do like it chic of course. This is the one I had worn for dinner on our vacation. I bought it directly in Italy but there are similar ones here and here.

Dress – from the market

Shoes – Tommy Hilfiger

Clutch – H&M (currently on sale for 5 Euros !!!)

Earrings – Bijou Brigitte

I paired the dress with wedges and a bamboo clutch for the vacation feeling but you could also wear heels and a shoulder bag.

Sorry for the late summer outfits but I had worn these items on our vacation which had been just a week ago and the other thing is it is still hot here (goes up to 30 degrees during the day).

Maritime Flair and a touch of red…

Hi guys

there isn´t a summer without blue and white stripes for me. The maritime look has become an important summer staple in my wardrobe. This color combination spreads such an ease and it just feels like vacation.

I got this awesome maxi dress (has no brand – got it from a croatian market but similar here and here) and it has the perfect length for me. I can pair it with a pair of wedges and it is still long enough.

There are two ways I like to add my accessories:

Keeping the make-up nude and the accessories in similar colors and add lots of golden jewelry

or

Adding a lot pops of red (for everything – lips, shoes, jewelry, bag)

The gloss I am currently wearing is from Manhattan and I am totally obsessed. It has the right amount of color so it isn´t to sheer and it glitters. (Going after all that glitters). The Manhattan High Shine Lip Gloss in color 45T.

Denim and stripes….

Hi guys

as the days transit more and more into fall it isn´t enough anymore to just throw on a light summer dress and step out the door. You might (if you are like me) need a jacket and closed shoes arround those temperatures (about 15 throughout the day).

This is a super nice dress I bought at C&A in their Summer Sale Section. I think it is a good piece to transit into fall – wearing it with booties, a scarf or a long coat.

I paired it with a dark blue denim jacket (the stripes in the dress are navy so it fits very well), a burgundy messenger bag and burgundy flats. I liked this look a lot and I am definitely gonna wear this dress over and over this fall.
