Sunflower Summer Skirt…

This was the first outfit I have worn after getting home from the hospital and it was perfect, not only for my self esteem but also for a warm Summer´s day. The skirt has a real pretty sunflower print and such a cute lenght. Perfect to pair casual but also to dress up. I would go with flats like the ones I wear for a day time look and a pair of white wedges for a dinner look or a date night look.

The skirt is from H&M and currently on sale. The material is super soft and easy to wear. I have paired it with a knotted white oversized blouse and a raffia hat. There is something so easy and airy about Summer outfits I love.

Also how adorable is a sunflower print. One of those patterns which are perfect for the season plus it is yellow and I love a pretty yellow shade.

Hopefully this will be one of many Summer outfits to share with you. I have lots of ideas but to be honest not quite the body right now.

Hello friends and welcome to my first fashion post postpartum. I can´t believe we had our baby only three weeks ago. It feels like she has been with forever. She is just the cutest little bundle and I love her so much. We gotten adjusted pretty good already. Sometimes it is a little hard when both of the girls need something immediately but mostly it has been amazing.

Dressing for postpartum and breastfeeding has been a reall challenge since I am exclusively breastfeeding this time I need access to my breast wherever I am without being completely naked. I have tried and so far my wardrobe still offers a lot which still fits at the moment.

This is my last outfit being pregnant. My water broke in the evening I was waring this dress.

Finding cute maternity fashion isn´t as hard as it used to be but still not exactly what we are looking for. There are a few key pieces that in my opinon have be to a maternity piece but other than that there are numerous options out there which you can choose from normal clothes.

I am rounding up lots of outfits I loved to wear while pregnant and also what pieces were the easiest to get and wear. I have 5 items that work for every pregnancy not matter the season.

Top five items to wear when pregnant…

A-Line Dress

Leggings and oversized t-shirt

Bodycon dress

Knitwear

Kimono

….as far as shops go I love to shop at

– H&M – they have a maternity section but thanks to all of the oversized trends you can easily shop shirts, sweaters, knit skirts and dresses without a problem. Just size up (but in most of the cases even this isn´t necessary). These are also the only maternity jeans I buy.

– Asos – also offers a huge maternity section. It is a littel difficult to shop the maternity pieces cause some are true to your pre-pregnancy size and some run a little small. I had a hard time finding a wedding guest dress because of the sizing but in the end everything was fine also the Asos customer service is the absolute worst !!

– Mango / Zara – I love getting all the flowy dresses / or knit dresses in the Winter (depends on the season) from here. Always have great offers and you can wear the pieces after your pregnancy as well.

– Amazon – I got some cute dresses, my breastfeeding bras and my going home outfit from amazon as well as many things for my hospital bag.

I know that that these might not be the shops you were looking for but to be honest they are everywhere on the planet and I can share as much pieces as possible with you. Also it´s still about affordable fashion even more when it comes to maternity pieces cause you won´t need / wear these as much / frequent as normal sized items.

This has been the last outfit we have shot out in public. My belly was huge and I still don´t know how I was able to find things to wear the last few days.

Summer usually is hot here but there are definitely cooler days when you need to wear pants and a jacket if you are planning on going out.

The jeans I am wearing above are maternity denim but a pair of dark blue jeans always looks super chic and sophisticated plus it is super easy to pair with other pieces.

Although it was cooler I wanted to keep it on the light and bright Summer side with a cute flower print, blush biker jacket and a pair of mules. All things that will keep you great company during the next few months.
