my weekly round-ups have slowed down a little as I am wearing sweats or pjs on most days of the week. As my husband has more and more work appointments I don´t get ready as often as I would wish for but that is fine. We are still in the newborn stages and I am loving every second of it. She has been pretty cuddly this week which I loved but it was also really exhausting cause every time I thought she was asleep and I wanted to put her down she started crying again.

But let´s chat about my looks. They are still a bit mixed and matched cause the weather does not know how it wants to be. It is mostly sunny but not to warm so jeans and jackets it still is.

Hope you are having a great weekend. Stores have opened up again this week so life get´s back some of its normalty. Let´s see how long it is going to stay that way and hope for the best. 

I am going to celebrate my first mother´s day on Sunday and I can´t wait. Being a mom has been the best feeling in the world and for me it is all I ever wanted.

houndstooth cardigan Esprit

Pink really works for everything. Let´s be honest doesn´t the houndstooth pattern look gorgeous in white and pink. I loved it the moment I saw it which has been a few months back but to be honest 70 Euro for a cardigan was a bit much so I waited for it to be discountedand  snagged it for 40 two weeks ago. 

For the style I went with an all white look and added the cardigan on top as highlight. I am not a huge fan of an all white look per se but to be honest I absolutely loved how it turned out.

Golden jewelry is the perfect companion for pink. Looks super chic and modern. The espadrilles you see in the look are my absolute favorites. I also have them in black and got them in yellow and orange for this year. Espadrilles are the perfect summer shoes.

stores slowly start to open up again over here in Germany and I am really happy about that. Not that we can go somewhere anytime soon cause I think it will be super crowded now cause everything has been closed for so long and people are in despereate need to get somewhere.

Anyways I think that is quite the win although we have to wear mask whenever we go anywhere inside I am really glad about getting back a piece of daily life.

Lavender seems to be everywhere this season. It is such a cute pastel color for Spring and Summer. The color itself pairs very well with a bunch of neutrals but also other pastels or colorful hues.

For this look I wanted to add as many straw accessories as possible so it would look a lot like Spring and Summer. A straw hat, a straw bag and espadrilles are my go-to for summer look. I just love how airy it immediately makes an outfit look.

A denim jacket adds instant coolness to the outfit but if you want to dress it up I would go for a blazer jacket.
