Hi guys and welcome to another Casual Saturday, 

have you already recognized my new blog template. I had a hard time choosing with so many pretty designs but I ended up liking this one the most. It is from Designer Blogs and was about 12 Euro. 
I totally love the gold accents and squiggly font.

I now have a decoration theme for my wedding so there are going to be some DIY posts on Madame Schischi soon. 

On another note – what is wrong with the Bachelor this season? I just can´t get into it. He is a complete douche and the girls are pretty strange. I have never seen so many go on their own choice than in this sesason. Unbelivable.

We watched the first two seasons of Riverdale and we are obsessed. Unfortunately there are no new episodes now. Really sad but does anyone else has a slight girl crush on Cheryl??!!

Have you already tried yesterdays chicken noodle soup. I might go in for a second round this weekend. Just too delicious. 
 Also I want to try these tuna tarteletts. Seem to be awesome.

Food Friday – healthy chicken noodle soup….

since the weather is so steady bad – lots of snow and ice and low temperatures – and lots of people around us are ill or/and caught the flu I am sharing one of my grandma´s recipes today. I always loved heading to my grandma´s house in the Winter time or flu season and enjoy a delicious bowl of hot soup. 
A healthy chicken noodle soup. This kind of soup is supposed to keep you healthy or to help you get on your feet again.

And summarized it also tastes so good and is not difficult in the making. It cooks on its own.

Here is what you need:

– chicken thighs
– a carrot
– one leek
– one piece of celery
– few leaves of lovage
– salt / pepper / vegetable broth
– soup noodles 
–  chives cut – can also be frozen since they are only to garnish
 – pair two litres of water (or if you want more broth you take more, the importance is that the chicken thighs have to be covered) with the needed amout of broth
– cut the vegetables in small pieces and put them in the pot with the water
– now wash the chicken thighs and put them in the pot as well (make sure they are covered with broth)
– let it cook for about 45 to 50 minutes on medium heat – needs to cook all the time
– heat up water in a different pot for the soup noodles about 15 minutes before the chicken is done and cook the noodles till you like them
– take out the chicken thighs and separate the meat from the bones (be careful so you don´t take of a small bone as well with the meat)
– combine everything in a soup bowl
– garnish with chives and enjoy
– you can spice it up with some more salt and pepper if you want

I totally love it and probably gonna make this over and over again.

we are almost at the end February and the weather still isn´t getting any better. I is snowing on a daily base and the temperatures stay below zero. This is just so devastating cause the colder it gets the more I crave Spring and all the super cute clothing which comes along with it. 


Last week my car was frozen on the in- and outside and I was already late but I had to wait until it heated up to get the ice away so I got so angry I bit into my steering wheel.

Anyways let´s have a look at my inpirational Spring board. After completing it I realized I must be totally into the blush pink colors for the next season. 


I already ordered the pink coat and the sneakers. Got the coat in size M (from Only via Otto) and I love it. Maybe I could have gone one size down since its stretchy. The color is the prettiest shade of a light pink and the lenght is so perfect. Great for wearing it with a midi dress or also with a pair of denim. I think I am getting so much out of this piece. 


The sneakers from H&M also came and fit true to size, ordered a 37. I really liked them on the picture and in person but I am not sure about them on my feet. Maybe I am just not used to this kind of shoes. Definitely gonna style them to an outfit this week and see how I like them then. 


I also got the straw bag with the pink pom poms from Asos last week and I wanted this bag since last year but I also got two other straw bags last year so I decided not to buy it. I was so happy when I saw that it was still available and also on sale you guys!!!


The pair of blush heels also is a favorite of mine and isn´t the bow on top the cutest. Got the cognac brown version and maybe getting this one too. But one at a time. The quality is great and the suede leather is so soft. I also love the fit of Buffalo heels. Always ordering true to size and they always fit. And also these pair is on sale for 40 Euro so this is a total steal.


Are you also craving Spring as bad as I do? It is nice that the sun shines everyday but I really don´t need the freezing temperatures.

since I am spending most days at the office (like the most people do), I am working Monday to Thursday, I figured that it could be a little prettier there. But you probably won´t get any prettier from your work place so I figured I have to soround myself with my favorite office essentials.
Usually no one takes a lunch brake (don´t know why cause this would be really nice, eat together and chat a little) so I am bringing my food with me (there also isn´t a place around where you can get something to eat – like nothing). I recently got this lunchbag from JSK via amazon with this super fashionable houndstooth print. It has enough space for my lunch, my smoothie and even a small bottle of diet coke and some fruit. It is insulated from the inside so this cool or warm your stuff.
Another piece I adore is my Starbucks travel mug (all white one here). With the white ceramic, all the xo´s and the lipstick kisses all over this reminds me of Gossip Girl every time I look at it. Think Blair Waldorf walking down the New York streets with one of these. Adorable.

Since this is available in stores only (got mine in Munich) I am sharing my second choice with you. The Kate Spade thermo coffee mug as seen in this post. The print is called pink flamingo and I ordered it from Asos a few days before Christmas. Morning coffee really tastes better from a beautiful cup. But don´t be to sad if this one is sold out too cause I have never seen a Kate Spade mug I didn´t like.


I also have a glass water bottle I recently found at the Depot decoration store. It has a palm leaf print all over and a wooden bamboo lid. It can carry your hot tea as well as some juice or just water and for about 13 Euro this gadget is a real beauty to add to your office supply. I totally need something like this standing besides my screen and reminding me to drink enough throughout the day.


My planer is a piece I am constantly taking with me to keep track of upcoming appointments and birthday´s. I do have a calendar in my phone as well but I have to write it down on paper. I got this planer for 2018 from ban.do
 via Asos. I think they have the funniest and prettiest pieces.

Another tip to pop up your office space is to bring your own sticky notes and paperclips. These are so pretty and these are really funny.
