Hi guys,
I am back with a recipe today which I haven´t posted in a long time but there are several things I want to try out this year in the category food and drinks and if I succeed in making them I am going to post them here.
Since it was my birthday about two weeks ago I was thinking which little treats I could make for my work place and my line dance group. I didn´t want to make anything to fancy or something which would take too much time so I decided to stay in the no bake category. There are so many recipes I didn´t even have a clue.
As a huge lover of oatmeal and peanut butter it didn´t take a lot of time convincing for me to „bake“ the oatmeal peanut butter bars. Find the recipe here.
Ingredients:
3 cups oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
They are really easy to make and delicious as hell – just follow the step by step pictures. You can´t do much wrong. But be careful, eating them is highly addictive!!!
Be sure to check back in my food and drinks category for other recipes I have already tried and approved. I am planing on making my own coffee syrup and there will also be some light recipes for Spring and Summer.
Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.
