Good morning my sweet friends

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

and welcome to another round of beauty products. I have been testing some of them for a longer time than others but feel comfortable on sharing them with you over on the blog today.

So with no further ado, here they come:

Sephora High Coverage Concealer // I have bought this in December and loved it ever since. It is my number one concealer in terms of covering all the irregularity on your skin. It smoothes it out nicely and looks so well on. There are so many different colors available so there has to be a shade for every one. Mine is Ivory and I am already on the second one and will continue using it for forever – probably.

Sephora Matte Perfect compact powder foundation // Another awesome item I have gotten from the Sephora collection. Stays matte for at least a half day which is great for me cause sometimes I don´t even make it until breakfast. I use it as a powder over my foundation but it would definitely be enough in the summer as a light and airy makeup. I am using color 21 Petal.

Jade Roller // I have added this tool to my beauty routine a few month ago and I am very pleased about it and still use it. Mostly for applying my lotion in the morning cause it really helps with the swollen under eye region or any other puffiness you want to get rid of. It cool down your skin and massages in your eye cream or face lotion. I think this is definitely an awesome item to complement your beauty routine.

Mario Badescu drying lotion // My S.O.S product when I feel a pimple is going to make its debut very soon. I apply it before I go to bed and usually it is way better in the morning already.

essence matte blotting paper // Great go-to item to throw into your purse. I have one of these in almost every purse since they are super affordable and an absolute need when you have oily skin like I do. Helps your face to stay matte without applying more make-up throughout the whole day.

Comodynes jelly face mask // I am a mask girl. I don´t know about you but I love face masks. Whether they are liquid or a paste or a sheet mask. The home wellness factor gets me evey time and I feel refreshed and like a new person after a mask. Since I first heard of the brand last summer (got their self tanning sheets for my legs) I have taken a closer look what products they carry and decided to order this jelly mask. It has a real jelly consistency and feels like jello on your skin but I really think it supports it a lot. I had little scrub particles in my mask too so when you wash it off your face you also peel it in one step. Really liked that a lot. My face looked refeshed, cleaned and matte afterwards.

Annemarie Börlind night cream // This is my current night cream and I don´t have too much to say about it. It is okay I think. The consistency isn´t too thick and overall it is a great lotion for oily skin. I didn´t get any skin problems or break-outs from it but I might switch to a face oil when it is empty.

Big Sexy Hair hairspray // Awesome product for adding volume and texture to your hair to stay. I didn´t think it would work this great but it does. It literally stays in my hair and holds its shape the whole day but it is pricey. I paid 18 Euro for one bottle and my regular hairspray costs 4 Euro. I mean it makes a huge difference but it definitely isn´t a everyday product.

L.O.V hyaluronic primer // I first got this at a beauty trade show I attended in October and I am glad I did cause since it was officially launched by the brand it has won a beauty awarda and has been sold out ever since. In my opinion the hyaluronic primer is the perfect addition to your beauty routine since it helps so much to support your skin with the moistness it needs. Goes on very smooth and creates a great base for makeup or concealer you might want to add.

NYX worth the hype mascara // I gave it a shot cause I was on the search for a new mascara which brought me back to the one I have been using all the time. I think the mascara is good as well as the brush and I like how easy and smudge free it is to apply but for me it doesn´t transfer as much color as I would like to have on my lashes so it is quite the work before I am satisfied with it. I am going to use it until it´s empty but won´t purchase it again.

As always thanks for stopping by you guys. And if you have and questions or want me to try out a special product feel free to email me.

Ladylike in stripes….

off-shoulder shirt old similar here, here and here / bag David Jones old similar here and here / heels old similar here and here / palazzo pants H&M old similar here and here / lips MAC Charlotte

Hi guys,
(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)
sometimes it just feels good to go big. Putting on my palazzo pants and heels, creating an old Hollywood hairstyle and adding the perfect shade of red lipstick. Fortunately we where invited for dinner this day otherwise it might have been a bit too much but who cares anyways, I loved it!!

By the time Summer comes around I always find myself combining red, white and blue looks. There is just something so effortless but chic in this color combination and also after the fourth of July and all the outfit inspo I have seen and created I like it even more.

Off-shoulder shirt are still a huge trend and if you look around in stores you will find so many of these styles. I personally prefer them over a normal shirt cause it immediately adds this dressed up feeling to me even if I am just wearing a pair of ripped jeans to my shirt.

A good fitting and versatile palazzo pant is necessary for Summer. I understand that not everyone likes them and of course after the skinny jeans period it can be hard get used to super wide legged pants. I tend to wear jeans with a looser fit or a boyfriend cut or a bootcut leg but taste is different and since there is everything in style you can wear what you like best.

Pops of red are my year round staple and I certainly do love a red lip in Summer I find myself gravitating around the pinks even more.

Do you love dressing up from time to time??

On another note: My wedding dress came in yesterday (yeah !!!) and I can´t wait to see it in person. It has been so long since ordering it (over 5 months). I also got the rest of the stuff for our candy bar and a bejewelled comb for my second hair trial. The first one worked pretty well but the hairstyle didn´t turn out as I wanted it to be. So I changed the style and the hair acessories and I hope it is what I want this time.

Thanks for stopping by guys. Take care. See you.

An afternoon at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and outfit details…

culotte Vero Moda sold out similar here, here and here / handbag Mango sold out similar here / t-shirt Olsen old similar here and here / slides H&M / lips NYX / straw hat Asos sold out similar here and here

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)

it is Monday again and I don´t know what to think. The weekend was great. I got so much work done (redecorated and decluttered our bathroom), tried some new recipes, shot blog photos and also visited a lot of people. So Monday hit me like a hurricane with all this back to work crap.

As you may remember, we had been to Lake Garda in Italy about three weeks ago and we also went to Milan by train for one day. Milan really is an intense city with so many impressions and all the huge and historical buildings. It didn´t disapoint.

The photos above where taken at Galleria Vittorio Emanule II (read my Milan post here), an incredible luxurious shopping centre with marble floors and a glass ceiling.

You can find stores like Louis Vuitton and Prada in there but also several restaurant and they also have two rooftop bars with view to the dome, one from Campari and one from Aperol. I wanted to go up for a drink but after eight hours of exploring we where really tired and just wanted to go home.

The look I am wearing in the picutres above is my interpretation of a casual day as an Italian women wearing a pair of culottes, a cute t-shirt, a straw hat and a chic hand bag.

Meanwhile I turned to a real culotte lover, I own several pairs and like to wear them all. They are super comfortable and in my opinion enormous flattering and oh so chic. So easy to dress them up with a pair of heels and a cute button down or to dress them down with flats and a t-shirt like I did.

I really hope your day started better than mine. Anyways thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

The perfect striped and colorful cardigan you can wear year round…

dress H&M old similar here and here / H&M pink mules / sunnies H&M old similar here / pink quilted bag Guess similar here and here / tassel earrings old similar here and here / lips L´Oréal Faint for Fuchsia / cardigan Asos sold out similar here and here

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links / Werbung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links)

do you have a color combination you are always gravitating towards. Like white and red or black and red or for example a more vibrant one like turquoise and pink or orange and pink. Got it.

One of my favorite color pairings is orange and pink. I really don´t know what it is but it blends in so well together. They are not even complimentary colors but they match so let´s post this as a win.

I have found this cardigan through Emily from The Sweetest Thing Blog and I have seen it on a bunch of other bloggers too.

A oversized cardigan with a great color pairing is a staple you can wear year round. There are days in Summer where it cools down at night, also if you are inside and the air condition is freezing. Also a colorful cardigan is great for transitioning into fall and around fall. You see. This is a year round staple.

Al the nude colors and of course denim can be matched with vibrant colors.

I have worn this look some weeks ago when Summer has made a quick brake and cold winds where around and it was perfect.

Since my food post was on Wednesday this week I changed my schedule but next week is going to be normal again.

As always thanks for stopping by and a happy weekend. Take care. See you.
