Summer Office Look…

….

(

Soon the very sweaty days will be with us so having something cute and office appropriate to wear during the Summer is key. Those are all pieces I guarantee you are already in your closet or at least a similar version (this will also works with any printed skirt). A leopard print skirt, a white shirt and a black blazer jacket. It is super easy to throw on in the morning and go.

Sometimes it is nice when an oufit just works but isn´t basic. We all have those days where time is short but we still don´t want to look boring.

Do you have any go-to outfit combos you come back to on busy days or when you have no clue what to wear, I would love to hear !!

Amazon Spring and Summer Dresses – Bump Friendly…

….

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate LInks-not sponsored)

I just love a great amazon find. There are so many hidden and affordable gems on amazon that it is hard to narrow them down from time to time but I think regarding this category I have done a great job (pats herself on shoulder 😉 ).

Getting dressed everyday can be a real challenge and even more so when you are pregnant and really showing (probably most women around half-time) and not feeling like yourself.

I have found four cute amazon Summer dresses (available in many more colors) that I would love to share with you guys cause they work great with a baby bump as without one.

A 3 Day City Trip to Prague – What we did, ate and what I wore….

….

In the middle of March my husband and I went to Prague for a 3 day city trip. It has been the first time we went somewhere without our two girls and while it was bitter the very first day we had a great time together as a couple and lots of fun.

It was a very short road trip, only took us about 2 and a half hours to get there (but this always depends on where you are coming from). There was no toll on the road but you have to get a vignette before crossing the border (this is a little sticker you need to have in you car to make sure you are allowed to drive on the interstate).

Where we stayed

This was our second time in Prague (we have been there eight !!!! years ago) and we stayed at the Astoria Hotel, a cute little boutique hotel. There was parking in front of the hotel but we ended up reserving a parking spot in the parking garage around the corner. Breakfast was included and our room was pretty big and the best it was right across the street from an awesome Indian restaurant.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Also our hotel was very central. It was just about 5 minutes walking distance to the astronomic clock (right in the middle of the city).

What we did

Day 1

Rooftop Bar TerasaUPrince for Lunch

Saint Nicholas Church (one of the prettiest churches I have ever been too – the chandelier !!!!)

Speculum Alchemiae

Ribs of Prague for Dinner

Day 2

Castle of Prague

Wenceslas Square

Lunch at Restaurant SV Vaclava for traditional czech beef stew

Astronomic Clock – it plays a music and the figurines move every hour

Indian Jewel for Dinner

Day 3

Carl´s Bridge

Trdelnik – the sweetest czech treat

What we ate

BBQ marinated ribs at Ribs of Prague

Traditional beef stew (Gulasch) at Restaurant SV Vaclava

Chicken Tikka Masalla at the Indian Jewel

Pistacchio Trdelnik with vanilla ice cream

Outfits I have worn

It was a little cold when we got there but the weather improved throughout the first day. Nevertheless we still had Winter coats with us and ended up wearing them at night.

I had a full plan of outifts and loved everyone I was wearing. Initially these have been planned for Rome but we switched cities last minute cause I didn´t want to fly this early in pregnancy.

Kids Cap, Hat, Scarf and Glove Storage Solution and Organization…

….

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not spnsored)

How on earth is there always a mess somewhere. I have days where I definitely wonder where the messes are coming from cause I am trying so hard to prevent them and I am nearly done with organizing the whole home!!!!

This cabinet has been an eyesore since I have moved all things in there but I was just too busy to come around organizing it until Emilia searched for a specific cap and I have thought we lost it but found it two weeks later.

In fact it is a very simple undertaking ticked of in under 15 minutes if you have everything you need.

I already had two of the wicker baskets and got another two at JYSK. They fit perfectly and are only 11 Euro each, hold a ton and have a handle to pull out.

The tags are an old amazon find I have used in the girl´s room earlier. I didn´t need them much longer so I got some black and writable stickers on amazon and reused them.

These are the tags and these are the sticker. Both are very affordable and hold up really well.

Here are the before and after pics:

Also here is the reel if you are interested to watch it:
