we finally got our own outdoorspace to sit in the evenings with a nice glass of wine, make smores, host BBQ´s and so much more…
We had the space since we moved in but there wasn´t enough time last year and we had to do soooooo much inside the house. But this year is different, we went to Ikea to buy the furniture (including a table – this is huge it almost didn´t fit in the car, 4 chairs and a bench – which I personally think is so cool) in a light grey color with a metall touch. I also got many many comfortable cushions. 

The color theme will be grey, red and a kind of dark orange (the cushions are striped). This matches perfect with the house and the rest of the outside.  I can´t wait to have our first BBQ. We also got a grill and a pair of beach chairs and this super cool flamingo solar light. Chloé isn´t so sure about him.

I was at home this week for vacation so we did a lot at the house and also where on two excursions so I am gonna tell you in two different posts what we did. 

I wore this outfit last weekend and I love this pair of culottes. I think this kind of pants is a hate it or love it thing. Some people love it and have several kinds of those and some hate them and would never wear them. Whether you like them or not (this outfit would also work for a normal pair of jeans). 

The blouse is from the Cindy Crawford for C&A collection (the collaboration was years ago but I still have it and love it). 

I love the straw bag with all the cute tassels. It is the perfect city bag for Summer to me.

I always love choosing a popping color for my outfit but sometimes it has to be nude. 


I paired this olive green pencil skirt from H&M with a simple pullover including a light bell sleeve. The leopard lace-up flats match the outfit perfectly. I also paired a Michael Kors logo tote with the outfit. Perfect for a casual friday at work or to run some errands. 


We are out running lots of errands today. So see you tomorrow.

straw bags have been a huge trend since last year but this year they seem to be everywhere. Every brand has different ones in different shapes and with different patterns and there are so many styles. You can get them as clutches as totes and as beach bags. In fact you can wear and use them throughout the whole summer. I am definitely going with this trend cause I like it so much. It creates this beachy and holiday vibe which I am craving for the whole Summer. Not planning on visiting a beach this year so this is my Summer vacation thing. 
Here are some which are available online at the moment but hurry they sell out pretty fast.
