It is Family Photo Season and I am so happy. I just love taking family photos and create matching and coordinating looks for our girls. I am so excited every year when we are taking Christmas card pictures cause I just love making these memories every year.

All Things Gingerbread….

….

Maybe you can guess our overall Christmas decor theme from the header – yep, it is gingerbread houses and men. I wanted to do a tree with brown and green and golden ornaments and decor so I thought a little about it and in my opinion the gingerbread will complement it perfectly.

I have a pretty laid back color teme this year. It is brown, green and gold. I did not start with this many different ornaments but I have found a ton of cute things after setting up the tree so I am still adding to my Christmas tree. I have linked several things I have had my eye on below and some I got for our home.

With everything that is happening at the moment I have find myself longing for the easy fits lately but I really was missing styling outifts and having fun with fashion so I started planning outfits again and also searched for outfits in my closet that would work as a busy mom of two small girls.

I must say I am really happy with how it went and I found many looks that work great as a mom. In my opinon it is not all about stretchy and oversized fits. I think the shoes are breaking point. They should be comfortable and it should also be easy to chase you kids in them. Let me tell you it doesn´t always have to be a pair of sneakers although I have grown very fond of them.

Easy Gift for Teachers, Neighbours, Colleagues and Friends…

….

It is very easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of the holidays and forget about the people who help us most. For me these are our angels of Kindergarten teachers. I wanted to share a quick and easy but also cute and useful.

I personally love a Christmas themed mug and there are plenty out there who don´t cost a fortune (the monogramm one is from Anthropologie and is about 15 Euro). The mugs are filled with a little wrapping paper at the bottom and then they are stacked with a gift card of your choice (amazon, Starbuck and any other drug store would be very useful too). Too make it extra sweet I also put in a little chocolate and  then I wrap it up in clear wrapping foil so you don´t loose a thing and it also gives you the opportunity to put cute bows onto your little gift as well. Et voilá – done.

I also have a small reel about it. You can watch it here.
