we are under 2 weeks away from Christmas and it´s time to bust out all the Christmas sweater you got. If you got as many as I do it might be late already to wear a differnt one every day but let´s be honest we all have our favorites we love to wear all over again.

One of my favorite pieces for Christmas will always be a red sweater. Not only is red the ultimate Christmas color, it just looks great in combination with white.

I got this adorable sweater last week and have worn it a ton around the house and also out and about. For my look I added a pair of dark denim and some heels in the same color as the sweater. Have you seen the little reindeers on it? This totally get´s me in the Christmas spirit, not that I needed anymore. Anyways if you are spending some time outside I would request to add a matching beanie, not only does it look super cute but it also keeps you warm.

Do you like wearing Christmas themed sweaters or are you shying away from them cause they can look tacky quickly.

Our Christmas Card this year….

It´s finally that time of the year. The festive, cozy and holly jolly Christmas time I have been looking forward most of the year. I love Christmas. You probably know that if you are a long time reader and if you are new welcome.

We took our Christmas card pictures early this year cause I wanted a full Fall scene with all the leaves everywhere for this years Christmas card. The pictures turned out great, just how I hoped they would. After having a traditional red and plaid Christmas card last year and a burgundy one two years before I wanted a full on Fall scene card cause it is my favorite season.

I went with a forest inspired Christmas card I love very much and it totally matches our theme. In general I think 2019´s Christmas cards turned out very well and I can´t wait to send them to our friends and family.

we are officially beginning the last weekend of 2018 today. Anyone else just recognized?? So it is really time for some New Years Eve inspo over here.

I have been on the hunt for a gorgeous sequin piece for NYE for a while now and now I have two and can´t decide which one to wear. Absolute misery over here!!

So the first one I ordered was this strappy sequin dress from SheIn. I think it is kink of cool. The length is okay with black tights (don´t like my dresses to short) and the sequins are really cool. They are more on the holographic than on the glittery side but they sparkle so that is absolutely fine with me.

I decided to wear it with a black body suit with baloon sleeves I got from SheIn as well. First wanted to wear it with a blazer but I wasn´t quite sure cause if I take off the blazer I only have thin straps and I don´t like my arms at all so the bodysuit is the right choice and the sleeves of it are so beautiful.

I am coming up with the second sequin look tomorrow.

Do you like NYE or is it too much of a procedure to get through? I am not quite the fan but I like the sparkly outfits.

I just wanted to check back with a little update. Our Christmas Eve was really nice yesterday. We went to church and had dinner afterwards and sat together to chat until midnight.

After getting up and enjoying a small breakfast I started cooking. Our families are always meeting on the 25th for dinner so there is quite the menu to make today. I already prepared the main course including all the sides, the aperitif and the fish course. Only thing left is the salad course but that is not to hard either.

So now I am finally going to get dressed and head over to my mom´s for Christmas coffee and gift exchange.

This look is super comfy and cozy and would be so nice for a casual Christmas holiday or the days until New Years Eve cause of the plaid scarf and the cheery red.
