Making little holiday themed bags for Emilia has really gotten one of my favorite things. Whether it is for Easter, Halloween or even for the upcoming Valentine´s Day I enjoy finding cute theme matching pieces for her basket so much.

What to put into a Valentine´s Day Basket for your Toddler

I always try to mix it up the best I can with lots of different things. Now that she is older and can interact with more things it got a lot easier for me to find cute stuff for Emilia´s Valentine´s Day basket.

What I got for her basket this year is a cute purple hoodie from H&M and a yellow glitter handbag as well. Since she loves dancing and her Tony Box I also put a new Tony into her basket and some other little things like a bracelet, hair clips, hair ties and a Minnie Mouse hair brush. I added a fruit pouch as well as some bubbles to blow. 

In my opinion it is a nice mixutre of different things and she will probably enjoy it a lot. Another thing I always try to add is a themed book and also ordered one but I simply forgot to add it.

The cute basket is from etsy – you can shop it here. It come all the way from Morocco but arrived within a week so that was pretty fast.

Casual Valentine´s Day Look…

Not everybody wants to dress up all glitz and glam for Valentine´s Day so how about look cozy and comfy but still fit the theme. 

I went with this warm and comfortable look cause it has been an unexpected cold Winters day with icy winds but nevertheless I loved how the green fit with the blush pink. A great color combination which is truly neglected. The heart shaped print is just adorable and amazing for Valentine´s Day if you are not in the market for red or pink.

The cardigan is from SheIn and super affordable. I went with a size medium and it fits great over the bump as well as without. Since the gorgeous green will fit perfectly into Spring time so you can easily wear it the next 6 weeks.

Updated Living Room Decor after 3 Years – Glam Boho Vibes…

This was our living room two years ago.

The main color theme has been silver, gray and blue which is now totally switched to brown, beige and gold.

Finally !!! I am finally sharing our redecorated living room with you guys. It took way longer than I expected and I was very annoyed at the end also I had some obstacles before even editing the pictures cause I accidentally deleted the pictures twice and on the day I was shooting the sun was shining the whole time but when I was done with cleaning it was gloomy so it wasn´t super easy to shoot but I think we did a great job.

Another point why it took a lot longer than I thought was that I had some ideas I wanted to incoroporate until the end plus I had to get plants/flower and print out some pictures and while this would have cost me half a day before Emilia I now have to break it up into two or three trips. 

So with no further ado here is our old but new redecorated living room / dining room. I absolutely love how it turned out. It now has such a comfortable and cozy boho chic vibe to it.

I went with lots of earthy tones and glamed it up with gold accents in the decor. To cozy it up big soft cushions were a must. The majority of my decor is from H&M Home, TK Maxx, Ikea and bonprix. I personally like to shop affordable but good looking pieces. After linking all the pieces I incorporated into this room this could easily be a commercial for the Ikea catalogue 😉

The cinnamon colored accent wall was the last thing I changed before ticking this room and I definitely love how it turned out. Vibrant or dark accent walls have become super popular over the last couple years and it is a trend I totall dig but getting rid of a dark wall is a whole other project.

Cutest Cardigans from SheIn for Valentine´s Day…

The sweetest of all holidays is right around the corner and I am all about it. Hues of pink and red and blush and all kinds of hearts everywhere. I love dresssing pretty in pink in Feburary for Valentine´s Day. It gives me such a mood boost after all the gloomy and dark Winter days of January.

I have lots of cute plans with Emilia but also for a Galentine´s feast, just keep up with me here. 

SheIn has the biggest variety of special pieces and I always find really cute things for every holiday on there plus they are usually super affordable. 

For a cute Valentine´s Day day look I went with this blush and cream heart printed cardigan. Isn´t it just amazingly cute and it still fits the bump. To dress it up a little I paired it with a cream colored ruffle blouse and a knit skirt. Since the weather is still super cold I have worn my over-the-knee boots but a pair of pumps would work equally well.
