The nap dress has been a huge hype since the beginning of the pandemic and I definitely understand why. It looks super cute and put together, you are dressed by putting on one piece of clothing and it works all Summer long way into Fall (I have also seen that there are Christmas editions available).

But to be honest, as intruiging it is I do not want to spend 150 Euro on a dress. I have never spent that much on a piece of clothing so I will not give in this time.

So I went on the hunt for a cute little dupe and I found a lot of similar options at a great price point at bonprix, an European online shop I love to score cute pieces.

Although I am very pregnant at this point ruched pieces still work great with the bump. I haven´t gotten any maternity dresses at all. Jersey and soft knit and cotton are definitely my friends plus it helps that many dresses have an oversized silhoutte due to trendy reasons so there couldn´t be a better time to be pregnant than at the moment.

The dress I am wearing above has a cute white and navy print all over and some ruffles on the hem. The midi size it perfect for the Summer weather and also when you are a little shorter (I am 5´5, 1,64 m) to wear with flats.

I paired a navy cardigan, a pair of cute and sparkly flats and a raffia handbag. All things raffia just scream Summer in my opinon and I love wearing these pieces during the warmer months.

Are you a dress gal ? Not everybody loves dresses year round but there really is no other way I am getting dressed at the moment.
