I am turning back today with another work appropriate outfit – tried and approved by myself. Of course it also depends on how strict the rules at your office are.

This skirt has a classic a-line with a black and white pattern. I love the lenght and of course the style. A-line skirts have always been my favorite and I don´t want to miss them in my wardrobe ever. They have such a feminine vibe but that they are able to be twirled adds a girly touch to them.

So for today´s look I teamed up with DressLily to share this corporate look with you guys. 


It is the zippered high waisted checked skirt. The material is so stretchy and really comfortable and the skirt falls so pretty and also swings with every step. These are the kinds of skirts I adore. There are two small buttons on the back so you either wear it with a tucked in shirt or blouse like I did above or you could wear it with an oversized sweater. The possibilities are endles since you can combine so many colors to black and white.


Be always sure to check the size guide since some of the pieces run pretty small.

after our coming back from our getaway to Vienna there where lots of pretty new things in my suitcase. So after I unpacked I started outfit planing with my new things. I you have been following me for a little now you might now how much I love velvet. Doesn´t matter which piece it is I just love it. 
I got this velvet moto jacket from the sale rack of Forever21. It has this gorgeous dusty rose shade and it is so soft. The style makes it a pretty cool piece. I decided to wear it with a dress and otk boots since a pair of pants just didn´t do its justice. 

They got lots of things left but only some rare treasures and this was one it. I am still totally into velvet. I also wanted a velvet dress for Christmas too but I had so many other option I wanted to wear so there literally wasn´t an ocassion left. 

Anther beautiful velvet piece it this bag. What do you think? I totally might order this one….

this was one cozy and warm outfit I had worn during our Vienna trip. It has been so cold from time to time although the sun was shining. The knitted headband usually wasn´t part of the outfit but we bought it at the H&M store cause otherwise my ears would have been frozen.
The sweater I am wearing in this outfit post is from Mango and it is the style I got during the Black Friday sales. I ordered it in a mustardy yellow and creme but I ended up just keeping the yellow one. But now it has been on sale for 20 € – which is half of the price now – so I ended up getting the navy and the creme one too. Also wanted the purple one but this sold out first. But aren´t the beel sleeves just the prettiest?!
The cozy vest is from last year. I bought it when we where in Prague for Christmas shopping in 2016 and loved it ever since. It has the faux fur on the front and is knitted in the back. It is indeed the softest material I have ever worn.
Combined with a pair of black distressed denim and black booties the focus was on the top of the look To round up the outfit I combined my brown Michael Kors shopper, the creme headband and a pair of statement earrings too it. The sunnies are also a pair I love and I had in black first but I really love the turtoise style so I had to have these. 

In fact my whole color theme of our Vienna trip has been black, brown and creme. Pairs perfectly with all the other colors.

Casual Saturday #17….

Hi guys,

it has been so long since I have done a regular Casual Saturday so let´s recap some of the last moments.

Right on Christmas Eve I got engaged to the love of my life and I am still on cloud number nine. View the post here.

Since then I am in full wedding planing mode and I seem to have like an endless list of to-do´s.

Our first vacation has been to Vienna in Austria for my birhtday (view my birthday post with 28 facts about me here). Is is such a nice and big city with so much historty. We visited dreamy castles and ate delicious chocolate cake which is created in Vienna (view my travel diary here and part two here).
