Food Friday – homemade ranch dressing….
Dressings from the supermarket can be disgusting in smell, taste or consistence so I am always aware of that. The easiest way for me is to make a fresh dressing a day or on the day the actual meal is planed. I never thought it could be so easy but it definitely is.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dill weed dried
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp parsley dried
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
All you have to then is to fill it up into a bottle or you could also use it right away.

#2 Pumpkin spice cake with cinnamon bourbon buttercream frosting
you can view the recipe here – it is from Mara´s blog called M Loves M
1 pound minced meat
1 small pumpkin hokaido
1 pound potatoes
1 leek
cheese
salt, pepper, nutmeg
I shredded the pumpkin and the potoates in my kitchen mashine
pre-cook the meat in a skillet first
put everything together
garnish with salt, pepper and nutmeg and lots of cheese on top
cook for about 45 minutes with 175° degrees until potatoes and pumpkin are cooked
In this way I am ending my fall posts and going straight into winter which makes sense these days. I am alerady preparing for Christmas. Here is a peek into my kitchen and it only has about 4 ° every day so wearing warm winter clothing is more than appropriate.
