Flower dresses might be groundbreaking for Spring and Summer but I personally have loved and worn them for a long time and I still do. Not only neon colors are great for the upcoming season but blush is also high on demand.
I styled this cute midi dress pretty casually since all we have been doing this day is talking a walk with the baby but to be honest isn´t this all we do each day. I know shops and restaurants have been opening up again in Germany but it is still so strange going somewhere with a face mask.
Nevertheless you can dress up and look pretty even when you are at home. I added my favorite pair of white flats to the look. I got them from H&M years ago and they did not disappoint until today.
The handbag I am carrying is a recent find and I love love love the stitched pattern on the outside looks so chic and white is the perfect color for Summer anyways. It fits almost everything I wear plus the bag is small enough to carry in the evenings but fits enough to also carry things throughout the day.

I am totally addicted to band shirts. From the Rolling Stones to Van Helen to LED Zeppelin I collect them all. I have gotten a bunch of new ones in and styled all of them totally differently.
For today´s look I decided to style it business casual which means a classy blazer and a denim skirt loosened up with this super cool t-shirt from the Van Helen world tour.
A few years ago I wasn´t quite the t-shirt fan but since there are so many different print to choose from I have learned to love them and gotten quite the collection.

Summer came back for a few days and it seems to be gone for the rest of the week so all that is left is to think back to the warmer days.
I always loved to wear blouses year round and summer is no exception (although it is pretty hard these days cause my blouses don´t fit again cause I am still breastfeeding) but they have to be flowy and airy and loose fitted. The beautiful paisley patterned blouse I am wearing in this picture totally fits the bill.
White and blue are the perfect color companions for summer. The color combo has such a maritime flair and fits awesome into the current season.
I have linked some similar and cute blouses in the widget below. They would also look great with white pants and standing on a boat. Just some ideas.
Sorry for going live without any written content. I do have some issues with the saving these days. I write my texts and add my links and also change the picture size but somehow it doesn´t save and I end up posting the draft. Need to figure out what is going wrong here.
But with not further ado I am sharing the latest beauty products I have gotten in. I love to try new things others have purchases and also wandering through the beauty department and finding new interesting products.
New Beauty Prodcuts To Try
Airspun powder // The best smelling powder I have ever used. This is the first check here. The second check is that it doesn´t look cakey at all after applying plus it is super lightweight. Another great fact is that it stays matte for a good 8 hours and that is awesome with my oily skin. The third check would be the price. It is under 15 Euro which makes it a fantastic product, also the pan is huge and filled with a ton of powder so this will last a long time.
Catrice HD Baking & Setting Powder // Before the Airspun face powder I have used this setting powder in my make-up routine and I also liked it a lot. It is only available in one color fits all but since I am pretty pale year round it fits my skin tone perfectly. It stays matte quite the long time which is really important if you have oily skin. Overall it is a great prodcut / price ratio.
Catrice 1 Minute Face Perfector // Actually have found the 1 minute face perfector through Emily Gemma´s blog and was dying to try it. It evens out every bump on your skin nicely and although the color looks a little dark in the beginning it changes to your actual skin tone after it set. A great primer for a less money. I have been really impressed with the Catrice products lately as the varitey and also the quality increases all the time.
Ritual of Sakura Body Cream // One of the best smelling body procuts out there on the market. In fact all of the Rituals products are great. This is my favorite scent of all their lines. The body creme is a little more on the pricier side but it is so long lasting and nourishing for the skin and also if you want to you can reuse it and rebuy the pan.
Toni & Guy Sky High Volume Dry Shampoo // In my opinion the best volume spray I have found so far. It is reasonable priced and also holds up my hair very well. The smell is great and the fact that it doubles as a dry shampoo and refreshes your hair while holding it up is just another great point on the check list for a great volume spray. It costs 15 Euro and since it has been sold out once I now keep a back-up in my bathroom cabinet.
Ouai Texturizing Hair Spray // Got this one as the Toni & Guy prodcut was sold out and to be honest it doesn´t do anything for my hair. It cost 25 Euro and using it doesn´t make a difference at all so this was a total waste.
Garnier Ambre Solaire Natural Bronzer // The first self tanner I have ever used and so far I am pretty happy with it. I had some problems applying it the first time but the second time it looked way more even. Still finding out if it is buildable. Since the mousse it without any color it is a little hard to apply as you can´t see where you have already been but the smell has been a real delight. I heard that some self tanner have a real ugly smell with them but not this one. The price is fine for under 10 Euro. I am going to write a post only on self tanning when I am ready so stay tuned.
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Sun // I have been sneaking around this perfume since last summer and finally pulled the trigger on it since I was afraid it will go out of the market some time soon. The smell is amazing. I really don´t like a lot of perfumes cause when they are to sweet I get a bad headache. The scent of the Light Blue Sun is super light which fits the light breeze on a boat as well as the sunset at a beach club. It is on the pricier side as 25 ml are over 50 Euro but if you do like the scent I would say get it cause if you only use in the summer it will last as a little goes a long way.
L´Oréal Color Riche Ultra Matte Free the Nudes in color No Cage (a burnt brown shade) and No Doubts (a beige shade with a warm finish) // My love for lipsticks is still going strong although with all the mask wearing outside wearing a lipstick has become a little pointless I am not giving up on my most important beauty prodcut cause I believe there comes a time for all of our bright lipsticks after Corona. For the Color Riche lipsticks there is not much to add. I love them and used them for year, own several pieces of other limited collections and am always looking forward to get new colors.
