are you already preparing for Easter? I can´t be the only one am I right? Stores already sell tons of Easter stuff and someone had to buy some, cause they start running low on a bunch of things already. Anyways believe it or not I have already set up the table decor for our family Easter brunch which we have in three weeks already cause we aren´t home over Easter so the only chance for a Easter get together would be then. But this did not stop me on planning for our brunch.
I love to create a table scape every year and it brings me so much joy to see my ideas for special holidays come together and work out so well. For this year I decided on lots of flowers or at least the illusion of it. The table runner is full of tulips and these are the flowers I wanted to add to the table in a fresh way. The plate set up was also inspired by flowers, the place mat as green leaves and the pink napkin as blossom. Not sure if anyone gets it but the colors do look beautiful together so who cares ?!
So for the glassware I put a champage flute onto evey placemat cause I plan on serving a punch or simliar with lots of fruit and of course some bubbly, a coffee mug for obvious reasons and a water/juice glass for fresh pressed juice. The idea behind the two plates is if someone wants to eat bacon, eggs and Italian antipasti and then switch to the sweet thingss they can just switch the plates and give the used one to me. So no waiting time for a fresh plate and it also gives the setup some dimension.
